It has been learned that Hillary Clinton supporters have signed up to run for Sanders delegate slots and are running in groups under the name United4Bernie in some places. Sanders has not endorsed any California delegate slates.
California is expected to be the deciding state in the 2016 Democratic nomination.
Delegate selection caucuses are approaching. But it has been learned that some delegate slates calling themselves United4Bernie are actually backing Clinton. A Facebook page was put up under the name United4Bernie and many people have posted there. However neither that page nor any of the California delegate slates have been endorsed by the Sanders campaign. Caucus goers are advised to check out each of the individuals running on these slates to see if they are really for Bernie Sanders. Some of these groups may be legitimate Sanders supporters while others are not. People are encouraged to do their own research before voting. A good indicator is to find out whether these delegates supported Sanders before he announced he was running for President.
The extensive disenfranchisement of registered voters documented by the campaign as likely Sanders voters in the Sanders databases supports these concerns about Clinton infiltrators inside the volunteer operations of the campaign. In some states, Sanders supporters have gone on record to document their discovery that people putting themselves in positions of power in local areas have too often turned out to be moles.
In most cases the United4Bernie slates are clicks of friends who run as a slate in an attempt to increase their odds. With the Clinton campaign joining them in running United4Bernie slates to obtain Sanders delegate positions, Sanders supporters are advised to check out each candidate and their history before voting in the California caucuses..
Researching delegates is wise in any case but more important in campaigns that are the subject of dirty tricks from the other side. You can't go wrong with looking into the background of the delegates who will determine the nomination.

One organizer for a canvassing event showed up three hours late without any materials and made this big deal about how he and his friends were running for all the delegate slots and it was a done deal. He had fliers for himself and his team but none for Bernie.
He acted like a big Sanders organizer but when I questioned him about Sanders, he seemed very unfamiliar with his record. It seemed like his real reason for organizing the event was to promote himself and his friends. He certainly didn't provide any real assistance to the volunteers and he provided erroneous voting information that could cost the votes of most of those canvassed.

A lot is at stake. The Clinton campaign is paying people a million dollars to post for her on Facebook and elsewhere. Here is a link to a video in North Carolina documenting the problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AghiFAuHMJI

Slates are always bad news because they are about power plays. Would you vote for a slate of all the Democrats in Congress, including the ones who want to cut Social Security and destroy the environment? The DNC wants you to think an all Democrat slate is good.
"I'll slate with you even though I don't agree with anything you say because I want you to watch my back and then we'll party together."
I want to vote for delegates who know all the intricacies of Bernie's record and can argue his record to the superdelegates. I don't care if they are on some slate.

There are people who are getting funds to promote themselves for delegate instead of promoting Bernie. I've seen sponsored ads on FaceBook that someone had a lot of money to pay for.
Clinton paid infiltrators closed down six facebook groups last evening and it took a lot of work to get them back. They have money to pay for ads and professional looking fliers to get their delegates picked at the Bernie caucuses. Drill the candidates on Bernie's record and why they are supporting him.

I have personally observed considerable evidence of this. It 's a statewide problem. If the Sanders campaign does not encourage caucus voters to vet the candidates, it will be in for a nasty surprise at the convention.
I know some delegate candidates and the best ones are not buying ads or ganging up against the other delegates. They just plan to go in and explain why they deserve to be a delegate. They may lose but they will lose honestly.

The slate here is being financed by someone rich. Paid ads. Professional flyers. I'm not voting for anyone on the slate.

In OC a guy who claims his slate has the caucus all wrapped up is having people give bogus primary information to voters. that could get the Sanders campaign into a lot of trouble. He has to be a Clinton plant. He is doing ads and flyers so he can win on Sunday.
SF is crawling with plants from the Clinton campaign.

Hillary's OC team actually escorted a member of a slate that took all the delegate positions in the Sanders caucus in the 46th Congressional District.
One Bernie voter was attacked outside the caucus by one of the Hillary campaigners who personally escorted a member of the slate to the caucus. Another member of the slate was accompanied by Clinton supporters as well.
The Clinton campaign helped the slate with costly ads and used Democratic Party email lists to help them campaign. The slate gave gift bags to people going into the caucus to vote for them. The five slate who who won had never helped Bernie's campaign in the past and did not even know most of his positions. A couple people said the people in the slate had gotten in fights previously with Bernie's Orange County campaigners.
Some of those voting against the slate said they had seen some of those selected as delegates campaigning for Clinton with the Clinton team that showed up to the caucus. Their team was called a "citizens slate" and "United4Bernie." This appears to have been another dirty trick from the Clinton campaign.

The 45th was raided also by people with a history of selling out the left. Honigman and the PDA;s job is to guide the backers of leftist candidates into voting for the anointed candidates. He has never failed to desert the PDA endorsed candidates once the establishment candidates appeared likely to win. They will probably vote for Sanders on the first ballot and will definitely vote for Clinton on the second ballot at the convention. Bill has a massive email list because of PDA and it is no surprise he used it to his advantage. PDA members off Bill's slate were not even recognized at the caucus.
