Prosecution objections - that Sanchez violates his parole by speaking out for Salvador's gang truce - seemed to fade as the judge considered the request to attend and speak at the opening of "Placas."

Sanchez long-distance involvement in the Salvadoran truce closely resembles the role for which he was indicted in 2006.
