Aliso Viejo's Barnes and Noble has been caught repeatedly harassing and persecuting disabled customers
Disabled customers continue to be persecuted by the management of the Aliso Viejo Barnes and Noble.
Managers Carlos and Jason have been seen threatening another disabled customer with bodily harm.
The coffee shop is told not to serve disabled customers. Gift cards are dishonored when in the possession of the disabled. Service dogs are not allowed in the store.
Lower level managers treat disabled customers they will have to leave on orders from Jason and Carlos.
Disabled customers who come to that particular store are from affluent neighborhoods. Many say they have never been treated so badly in their lives.
One disabled customer had to be taken to emergency following an interaction with Carlos.
Barnes and Noble may be on the verge of a major class action law suit over this. Disabled customers are angry and with good reason.

They threw another disabled person out of the store last night. It was a nice lady who just went in there to buy something. Aliso Vejo's management should be sued.
It might be a good idea for customers to protest by returning books they''ve purchased there and buying them on Amazon. instead.

I understand that disabled people are getting together and drafting a lawsuit against Barnes and Noble. The treatment they've received from the Aliso Viejo Barnes and Noble is deplorable. I understand that the suit will also name district manager Jason as a key player in the discrimination..
I've been told they have been weighing the total dollar recovery outcome of individuals suits vs a class action that includes them all.
