Aliso Viejo's Barnes and Noble has been caught repeatedly harassing and persecuting disabled customers

Disabled customers continue to be persecuted by the management of the Aliso Viejo Barnes and Noble.

Managers Carlos and Jason have been seen threatening another disabled customer with bodily harm.

The coffee shop is told not to serve disabled customers. Gift cards are dishonored when in the possession of the disabled. Service dogs are not allowed in the store.

Lower level managers treat disabled customers they will have to leave on orders from Jason and Carlos.

Disabled customers who come to that particular store are from affluent neighborhoods. Many say they have never been treated so badly in their lives.

One disabled customer had to be taken to emergency following an interaction with Carlos.

Barnes and Noble may be on the verge of a major class action law suit over this. Disabled customers are angry and with good reason.
