If these demands are not met, will anarchy and insurrection follow? Are we on the cusp of a national disorder not seen since the Civil War? Do we succumb to weak-kneed cowardice in the face of blatant threats against the rule of law? Or, do we stand boldly against the demons of disorder and intimidation that will certainly strip all Americans of their Bill of Rights and their rights to the enjoyment of life, liberty, property and the protection afforded by the rule of law?

As long as I am a Minuteman I shall stand in the way of tyranny and anarchy, stoically unmoved, encouraging the kind of "tough love" leadership sorely lacking in most members of the U.S. Senate, many members of the House of Representatives, and all of the city council members of the anti-rule of law, criminal sanctuary cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Phoenix, Milwaukee and New York. Yes, the United States has  never been a democracy and has slipped ever farther into fascism to the point where it must be overthown.  Ass-clowns like Jim Gilchrist are prime examples of the kind of mindless hatred that propels the current U.S. Government.

These armies of bused-in demonstrators who have converged on Los Angeles, most of whom are in the U.S. illegally, are demanding citizen rights, privileges, and benefits, and threatening that if their demands are not met, then the ultimatum is anarchy.

The previous statement is an example of extreme delusion and paranoia, not uncommon in Ass-Clowns like Jim Gilchrist.  First of all, where is the evidence that the protesters constitute an army, that they were bussed-in, and that they were, for the most part, undocumented?  Gilchrist has not proof of any of these claims he evidently believes.  He should seek professional help for his delusions and paranoia.

I have heard no reports of the demonstrators who gathered in Los Angeles bullying anyone.  Perhaps Gilchrist fears that they might withhold their work and services, thereby causing chaos to the white-privileged class of which Gilchrist is a member?  Yes, anarchists do support working class people such as those who gathered on Saturday.  We proudly support them.  We have no national flag.  As for the fact that there were many Mexican flags at the demonstration, I have yet to hear Gilchrist denounce the Irish for waving their flag on Saint Patrick day.  Should all Americans renounce their heritage and become copies of the Ass-Clown Gilchrist?  Finally, please look up the definition for "insurrection."  If a demonstration brings to you the fear that an "insurrection" would, you are a coward.

There is nothing civilized about harassing poor workers in need of work.  There is nothing civilized about dividing up families and deporting those not blessed by Gilchrist.

The American Revolution was an illegal act.  Human beings are more important than human laws.  Hitler did not break the laws of his nation when he rounded up those deemed unfit to be Germans and had them executed.  Adherence to law, for the sake of law alone, when it brings horror and grief to humanity, is not a virtue, it is a vice.

Slipping further into facism could be a real point. Not only are the MM/SOS using this issue as an excuse to be insulting towards certain people, they're even trying to make others have the same opinions. According to people like Gilchrist and Barbara Coe, it's required to follow their views and motivations in order to be a real American citizen. From intending to burn Mexican flags(not just by anonymous people on the SOS forums, but known SOS members too) to posting the Danish cartoons of Muslims and Islam, it could be a path right back to racist and derrogatory behavior being accepted again.

This is ironic. The United States is a fascist terrorist State who invades innocent countries and rapes, kidnaps, tortures, and murders -- to the tune of over a quarter of a million so far. And this unfortunate individual wants to spew about what's lawful and what's criminal? Also I didn't see the protesters and picketers demonstrating all this week issueing any "ultimatums" or threats and demands. Nor did I see any dictates that anarchy will be the result of any such "ultimatum."

These appear to be the delusions or hallucinations of someone who's got some serious difficulties coming to grips with the reality of being in the increasing minority of racial allelle traits exhibited here in Southern California.

It's amusing. The guy wants to pretend that there's some kind of threat from an "army" of low-paid laborers, one that threatens the "American way of life", Democracy, the rule of law, and no end of nonsense.

I think Gilchrist is just angry because he can't be in the armed forces anymore and can't quench his thirst for blood and guts.

It's also possible that his problems are from his religious upbringing. Some of the things he's said about the Christian gods and what they want and such makes me wonder if most of his difficulties stem from an unfortunate religious upbringing.

In response to the recent events and the upside down US flag at Montebello, Tim Donnelly apparently called for the burning of Mexican flags on minutemanparty.com. But now that mention seems to be gone from that site, as well as an offer to order a Mexican flag burning kit, complete with a flag etiquette guide of all things.

It's posted in their communication that Jim Gilchrist and Chris Simcox do not support the burning of Mexican flags. Well at least they stayed true to that. They told me personally way back that they agreed with me that it's a bad move, back when SOS was discussing and willing to do this. Okay, fair enough there when it comes to flag burning(or the refusal to).

1.) X-rated pictures are not allowed - in every case where one is posted either it's pulled or the thread get hidden (as the troll who posted it is well aware - that's the intention)

2.) spoofing people nearly always get's the post in question pulled - seems to depend on whether the person complains, so far I've only hit the fraud button, an email may need to be sent to get their attention

3.) specifically *I've* never posted an X-rated picture as it's not appropriate on a public access website because it violates the COPPA act - Children's Online Privary Protection Act and opens the website to lawsuit

4.) no one's ever posted an X-rated picture then *complained about it, reported it and helped provide info to track down the perp*, including reminding of his own IP, to check them and to check similar troll posts on another site where it's been happening

if it was me doing so would be incriminating myself..

5.) the "Everyone in the LA IMCCollective knows that Hex is transgender" is another spoof on IMC staff, not to mention a lie, and again would be a first -

LA IMCCollective isn't specific enough, sometimes even "IMC editor" isn't - me citing it represents nothing more than drawing attention to it - just another reason to pull not so much the picture but that particular post


I'll let you in on a little secret - the only "face" (name) we ever see here of this IMC is "johnk" - there's never been any other name or handle connected with editorial staff

he once refered to nessie as "my friend" - that would explain the entire situation because the actions (or lack thereof) you're attempting to exploit are *just nessie's kind of games* as well as the any/all anti-nessie threads being hidden and most likely the hwsnbn deletions as well

but it's hard to say for sure since nothing gets said out in the open (all this takes place in mail-lists and so on behind the scenes)

hwsnbn used to regularly crash the newswire by exploiting vulnerabilities in the database and kernel code, it got to the point where they dumped it entirely and adopted *nessie's* codebase (the one sf-imc uses)
