From reading the San Diego Indymedia web site, I get the impression that _most_ of the SOSMM individuals are _not_ white supremists. So I must say that I've probably been mistaken about that opinion. I've been considering the SOSMM to be virtually indistinguishable from the Aryan Nations, American Nazi Party, Storm Front, and National Vanguard groups since they're active virtyally hand-in-hand but now I can see that there are a few differences -- at least in the various group's public pronouncements, any way.

I see that anti-hate activists opposing the racists in Campo have been talking with racists who actually believe they're trying to stop _only_ "illegal" immigration and I get the impression that a few of them are honestly believing they're some how on the side of good.

One of the reasons why evil is so common in the world is because honest people who think they're on the side of good are suckered by men who are evil, told that in committing evil they're some how doing good. They prey upon most human's will to guild a better tomorrow and to oppose a wrong, and the evil that they advocate and do is honestly believed by such people as being right. It's why the world has the bloody history that it does.

Any way, my opinions only, of course, and only my opinions. I've changed some of my opinions over the past 3 months and even altered the main web page of the Dark Wind Project to reflect what I've learned (specifically that illegal immigration does _not_ constitute a financial burdon on Californians. Ironically what we're seeing is that the SOSMM's hate campaigns in Baldwin Park _ARE_ costing the people of California money.)

Finally Fred. What some of us have been saying all along is seeping in. It's not a simple game of good and evil, but a complicated game of good and evil, where everyone has some good and evil within, and it's a battle to stay good.

At the same time, the white supremacist (aka white nationalist) presence in SOS is *increasing* significantly. These elements are not being rejected by the SOS. In the end, the SOS are helping the WS groups by creating a platform for their organizing efforts, and by giving the WS groups legitimacy.

As far as I'm concerned, there's no reforming SOS. Before BP1, I thought maybe Steve Brow or some others might see the light and divert SOS from the path of brownshirt fascism, but, they've taken a lot of steps in that direction.
