If I believed they were trying to overthrow the Constitution that I swore to defend, you damn skippy I would. The Posse Comitatus Act would not apply; it prohibits the use of military forces for law enforcement (with the exception of things like using the Coast Guard for durg smuggling interdiction). Armed insurrection is not a law enforcement matter, so DoD personnel would be uilized.
