On SUNDAY, MARCH 16th, 2003 at 2pm
Meet at Pershing Square (corner of 6th and Hill st) to
March to Federal Building (Corner of Temple St. and Los Angeles st.)
where we will hold a rally with guest speakers and have bands play.
Now is the time for the youth to take the streets and let Uncle Sam know that we will not fight his dirty imperialist oil war! The same government that wants us to fight it's dirty war is the same government that smuggles drugs into our communities, represses our communities with police violence, imposes a system of institutionalized racism and criminalization on our communities while waging it's war around the world. For the past 11 years the United States has imposed sanctions on Iraq which have claimed the lives of 1.5 million civilians, and 500,000 children. Meanwhile Bush the Cowboy wants us to "Stand United" with stars and bars while he spills more blood for oil in the name of "counter-terrorism". We say Hell no!
Guest Speakers and Live Bands to be announced.

Yeah, you shameful fucks should be worried....
Rise like Lions after slumber
In unvanquishable number -
Shake your chains to earth like dew
Which in sleep had fallen on you -
Ye are many - they are few.
Mr. Speaker, in the early 1800s, Percy Bysshe Shelly penned these words in exhorting a wounded people of his day:
“Rise like lions after slumber in invanquishable number. Shake your chains to earth like dew which in sleep had fallen on you. Ye are many, they are few.”
Mr. Speaker, when I reflect on these events of September 11, 2001, these words of this 19th Century poet come to mind. Many Americans have lamented that the horrific terrorist acts of yesterday have changed America forever. I beg to differ. America has not changed. We have merely rediscovered and rekindled a latent attribute that defines us as no other people on Earth: our invanquishable spirit.

It ain't the first time the words of a visionary poet were hijacked by a hack politician...
...it won't be the last either...
As i'm sure assholes do nightly... why don't you come up with some better propoganda than that same shitty 'give war a chance' bullshit. For one, we've given war a chance, its not working. Two, even if it did its hardly an effective long term solution, and three, you dicks all sound like nazi's and it disgusts me.
You are an embarassment to your people and humanity as a whole. You should abandon your cause immediately and turn your back on those who would manipulate you to their own ends. You are pawns in this and will be the first to die when the blood starts flowing. Lets hope that day never comes. Peace.
