LAPD police brutality at the protest
by Faceless Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003 at 9:33 PM

The LAPD was just itching to use thier riot gear!

As I type this right now one of our fellow protesters is locked in the Hollywood precinct Jail. He was singled out, tackeled, beaten, and arrested by at least 10 officers on felony charges of "Inciting a roit." He was simply exercising his freedom of speech in a peaceful manner when he was attacked. There were multiple video cameras in the area, (including channel 7 "eyewitness" news) when this took place on Sunset & Chauenga in front of Ameoba records.

If anyone witnessed this act of police brutality, please leave a number or e-mail address where you can be contacted. Any help will be greatly appreciated,
Solidarity.
