by Patrice Faubert Saturday, Apr. 14, 2018 at 3:30 AM

d'autrui. "

Mikhaïl Bakounine ( 1814-1876 )

Patrice Faubert (2012) pouète, puète, peuète, paraphysicien ( http://patrice.faubert.over-blog.com/ ) Pat dit l'invité sur " hiway index "

What if life was not working ?

And if life was not painting?

What if life was not writing?

What if life was not doing something?

And if life was not militant?

What if life was not doing sports?

These are just cultural determinisms

That's what makes the intellectual or the manual

That's what makes the maintenance of the separate

We want to be loved

We want to be respected

So, we are dealing

In painting, in poetry, we read, we work

Since we have to do it

And in every way

For us to be loved

To respect us

But I like the individual

And not the poet

But I like the individual

And not the painter

But I like the individual

And not the writer

But I like the individual

And not the work

But I like the individual

And not the sportsman

And I love the individual

And not his poverty or his wealth

And I love the individual

And not his culture or his ignorance

It's the individual I'm going to see

When he knows how to move me

And not his representations

And not his imitations

Painters, poets, writers, workers, idlers

Everywhere, and individuals, nowhere

No humanity, their eyes are empty

Their heads are uninhabited, livid

And we understand why a hundred thousand tons

Pesticides are spilled

In the French nature, every year

And we understand why, alcohol

One out of two madness is the baby

Can eliminate, forty thousand people each year

Nevertheless, 82 years, we live

In wealthy neighborhoods

And 54 years old, we live

Only in poor neighborhoods

In certain regions and in certain countries

And here is an excerpt from the excellent book by the late Mikhail Bakunin (1814-1876), "The General Theory of the Revolution", where the fundamental and the essential are quintessentiated, in a few timeless and futuristic sentences.

"Considered from the point of view of their existence

terrestrial, ie not fictional but real, the mass of men presents a spectacle

so degrading, so sadly melancholy in initiative, will, and spirit, that he

must be truly gifted with a great capacity to delude themselves to find in them a soul

immortal and the shadow of some free will. They present themselves to us as beings

absolutely and inevitably determined: determined above all by the external nature, by the

the configuration of the soil and by all the material conditions of their existence; determined by

innumerable political, religious and social relations, by customs, habits,

the laws, by a whole world of prejudices or thoughts slowly elaborated by the centuries

past, and that they are born in the life of society, of which they are never the

creators, but the products first and later the instruments. Out of a thousand men

will hardly find one, from which one can say from a non-absolute but relative point of view, that he wants

and that he thinks of himself. The vast majority of human individuals, not only in

the ignorant masses, but just as well in the civilized and privileged classes,

want and think only what everyone around them wants and thinks; they believe

no doubt wanting and thinking themselves, but they are only sluggishly resuming,

with absolutely imperceptible and nil changes, thoughts and wills

of others. "
