More than 130 faith communities across the United States are praying and acting for hurricane victims ‎during religious services this weekend. Religious groups are calling for debt relief and "no strings attached" reconstruction aid for hurricane-hit islands.

"Islands like Puerto Rico and Dominica are in critical need of reconstruction funds," said Eric LeCompte, Executive Director of the religious development organization Jubilee USA. "Debt relief is a crucial part of aid for islands affected by hurricanes."

Churches and Temples across the United States are participating in prayers and actions for hurricane victims a part of Jubilee USA's "Jubilee Weekend."

1/2 of these borrowing governements do not need all the money

by Frugality Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017 at 2:40 AM

Beauticians on the South Side stay in business, have a decent salary and operate an automobile by knowing their limits.

These goons with foreign goverments could learn a little from 2 year business colleges which enroll people in finance and accounting classes.

Sounds elite? How about all the educational and energy packages sold off by thesekeepers of the public goods?

Normal families do not get cushioney salaries without working; why should countries with a development itch get a blank check from the super rich?

Support loans that are fair, have fair rules and do not balloon into financial timebombs for the nultitude.
