The Federal version of Romneycare ( A.K.A. A.C.A. )
is very complex. research on the Internet has discovered
that saving money on Medicare part B by forcing Seniors
who are eligible for both Medicare part B and Medicaid
into poor quality managed care called
Name-of-state Medi-connect program
is a very important part of the A.C.A.
The ACAs Name-of-State Medi-connect program has hired a lot
of beauracrats and very few doctors. Most Senior citizens have
to travel more than 50 miles farther to a doctor than they
had to travel before even though they are already too old to drive.
A majority of Doctors have decided to pay the annual fine
instead of seeing any ACA patients including patients from the
Name-of-state Medi-Connect program.
H.R. 3762 was the first bill in a group of several bills that is
intended to begin the process of repealing the entire ACA including
the Name-of-state Medi-connect program.
The ACA was invented by Mitt Romney. President Mitt Romney or a very
similar president has vetoed H.R. 3762 only two days after
it had passed.
Seniors who want to return to origional medicare part B and origional
medicaid and return to a doctor near where they live need to begin by
asking their U.S. Representative to override the veto of H.R. 3762
Repealing the ACA is the only way to recover lost doctors.

 It is very important to unveto H.R. 3762
by demanding elected representatives
override that veto with a easy-to-obtain
2/3 supermajority vote.
 Members of both political parties have a
constitutional right to oppose having to travel
farther than ever before to see a doctor who accepts
very low reimbursement from the ACA
and oppose a individual mandate that costs poor people
a higher percentage of their income than rich people
and oppose an employer mandate that includes limiting
every worker in America to working only 29 hours
a week.
 The constitution of the United States allows elected
representatives to override a presidential veto!!

A senior citizen is in Mikes Office.
SENIOR
 Mike, I have lost my health insurance and my DOCTOR
because of the ACA!
CONGRESSMAN MIKE
Everybody has to sacrifice so everybody can have
health insurance. I am a loyal Democrat. I support health
insurance for everyone.
SENIOR
I used to have both Medicare part B and origonal Medicaid. I liked
my plan and I wanted to keep it and keep my doctor. The ACA
Name-of-state medi-connect plan requires me to travel over
100 miles to see their distant ACA doctor and I have LOST both
my doctor and my insurance is now WORTHLESS JUNK INSURANCE
under the ACA.
 The ACA includes a HIDDEN CLAUSE that reduces medicare funding by
putting every senior citizen into inferior HMO based managed care.
The first group of seniors is seniors who have both Medicaid
and Medicare part B. Those Seniors are too poor to do anything
about it. The next group of seniors who will be put into the
Name-of-state Medi-connect program is retired public employees
including teachers. Do you think the teachers union is going to
allow their retirees to be required to travel more than 50 miles
to see a Doctor??
CONGRESSMAN MIKE
 The teachers union is not likely to do anything about it. There
is a rumor on the Internet that at a community college a chairperson
of the computer science department decided to reduce the number of
repeats of advanced computer science courses from 3 to 0 hoping
that there will no longer be enough students enrolling to prevent
cancellation of every advanced computer science course and then the
most highly paid unionized teachers who teach advanced computer
science courses can be laid off to save money. The teachers Union
apparently did nothing to protect those professors and will
also do nothing to preserve current health insurance and doctors
for retired teachers. Retired teachers will be placed in the SAME
Name-of-state Medi-connect program as poor old people who used
to have both medicaid and medicare part B.
SENIOR
 Have you ever heard of H.R. 3762 ?
CONGRESSMAN MIKE
 There are two versions of H.R. 3762. I would have voted for the first
House version of H.R. 3762 because it would have reduced the individual
mandate to make it more fair to poor people and it would have
reinstated the 40 Hour work week.
 I would have voted against the expanded Senate modified version
because the Senate version eliminates subsidies for health insurance.
There is a difference between the House and Senate. The House of
Representatives cares far more about voters than the Senate.
I missed both votes because I was busy campaigning.
SENIOR
 Recheck H.R. 3762. You will find out that there is a two year
delay in loss of subsidies so a more fair version of tax can be used
to pay for continued subsidies in another bill to reinstate
subsidies with a more fair tax.

 You are right! I will ask the tax committee to come up with a
tax on gasoline to replace the Individual mandate and a oil
extraction tax to replace the employer mandate 29 hour work week.
 The individual mandate that requires individuals to buy health
insurance was invented by evil Republican Mitt Romney.
Unfortuneately, President Mitt Romney ( Or extremely identical president ! )
has VETOED H.R. 3762.

 Then show up in the House of Representatives for the VETO OVERRIDE VOTE.
Democrats can vote to override the veto of H.R. 3762 becuase your
gasoline tax can replace the individual mandate and reinstating a 40
hour work week will increase tax revenue by 25%
and people will be able to get their previous doctors back!

 There are two versions of the U.S. constitution. Both versions
of the Constitution have a sixth amendment that provides juries
for defendents in courts.
 During the first 20 years the first constitution allowed slavery
to exist in the United States in order to PAY FOR slave state votes
to ratify the U.S. constitution.
 About 87 years later the U.S. first Civil War fought slavery and
the thirteenth amendment which outlaws slavery and INVOLUNTARY
SERVITUDE was finally passed and the thirteenth amendment amended
the ENTIRE U.S. CONSTITUTION including congresses power to raise
armies and the sixth amendment that creates juries.
 This super thirteenth amendment makes it unconstitutional to
require the involuntary servitude of traveling long distance to court
and compulsory jury duty there.
 The thirteenth amendment also prevents congress from using a mandatory
U.S. military draft to raise armies.
 The thirteenth amendment elimination of slavery and involuntary
servitude amends the constitution to such a large extent that I have
decided to call the constitution with the thirteenth amendment
included a second version of the U.S. constitution.

 I demand that congress pass an all volunteer jury system at least for
federal jury duty so states will see this example and pass all volunteer
jury systems of their own.

What do I tell people who say the sixth amendment does not allow
people to volunteer for jury service?
CHRIS
The thirteenth amendment amends the entire U.S. constitution
including the sixth amendment. The thirteenth amendment makes
mandatory jury duty unconstitutional because mandatory jury
duty is involuntary servitude.
GREG
Voluntary jury service is the only type of jury service that
is still allowed in State and county and Federal Courts in
The United States now that we have a new thirteenth amendment.

How do you prevent jurors from volunteering for specific trials?
CHRIS
By having volunteers choose only a starting week and a courthouse
but not a specific courtroom or specific trial. This has to be done
legislatively by the congress and or state legislatures instead
of patiently waiting for a court ruling against the involuntary servitude
of mandatory jury duty relying on the 13nth amendment amends everything
inluding the 6th amendment.
GREG
Congress and the State Legislatures need to cooperate with us
by hurrying up and passing an all volunteer jury system
BEFORE the proposed potential 13nth amendment case against
mandatory jury duty is filed into court.
 If you want to minimize the choice available to volunteers
you could even just change the old jury selection system
so people who are summoned for jury duty are AUTOMATICALLY
EXCUSED ( instead of fined ) if they fail to intentionally
opt in to jury service. Change opt out to opt in to jury service
in the old system. Instead of requesting to be excused people
who can serve and are willing to serve will confirm their jury
summonses.

How can Donald Trump recover from repeatedly dodging jury duty?

When the 13nth amendment passed it amended the entire U.S. constitution
including the 6th amendment that creates juries. Mandatory jury duty
is unconstitutional involuntary servitude which violates the new
13nth amendment.
Donald Trump needs to recognize that in order to be fair he has to
allow other people to also dodge jury duty and not just himself.
Donald trump should consider advocating altering juror summons format
so people who are summoned to jury duty will automatically be excused
unless they choose to opt in and serve. Instead of requiring people to
continue to request to be excused from jury duty change it so people
who can serve and are willing to serve on juries opt in instead of opting
out.
If Donald Trump wants to win the presidency he needs to advocate
terminating mandatory jury duty so everybody who wants to dodge jury
duty will be able to and not just him alone.
