Recipe for Peace; Close U.S. Foreign Bases and Stop CIA Meddling

by Green Liberty Party 2016 Campaign Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 at 9:24 PM

The only sensible foreign policy platform is to close down all U.S. military bases on foreign soil and disband the Central Intelligence Agency. By ending CIA tampering with foreign governments the people of other nations will have self determination and economic stability. Our military is for defense only, not for policing the world.

Only the Green Liberty Party 2016 U.S. Presidential candidate Mark Miller is willing and able to implement these two ideas mentioned above if elected as a write in candidate.

We cannot obtain peace on Earth if politicians of both major parties are in the pockets of the military-industrial complex.

There can be no continuation of the so-called "War on Terror" if we wish to remain a democracy. Steady erosion of civil rights has occurred since the 9/11 tragedy in the rekindling of the Middle Eastern occupation program waged by the military-industrial complex. Further escalation and occupations by our troops to fight the latest boogeymen calling themselves ISIS will only increase civilian casualties and flame further resentment.

The Green Liberty Party Candidate of 2016, Mark Miller's Presidential foreign policy platform is as follows;

1) Close all overseas military bases and return troops and weapons to domestic locations. Then clean up any spills and perform needed environmental cleanup in vacated foreign bases. If the foreign nation once occupied wishes, we will convert existing physical structures into emergency disaster first aid centers to store dried and preserved food, water and clothing supplies. That way if there is a natural disaster there the U.S. can be first in line to provide help.

2) Disband the Central Intelligence Agency and cease to tamper in foreign elections and with their governments. The people of other nations should have democratic voting rights or form their own self determined revolutions without U.S. interference. Investigate previous CIA involvement in the creation of ISIS as a spin-off group of the U.S. controlled anti-Assad militants. Further investigation between CIA, Bushes and Bin Ladens leading up to and including the 9/11 tragedy. Further inquiry into WTC Building 7 collapse and possible content of documents destroyed in the CIA offices located within that building.

3) Keep active military bases on domestic U.S. soil active and encourage citizen groups to be trained in survival skills and get more familiar with their local ecosystem. In the event of a foreign military invasion, natural disaster (asteroid strike, Yellowstone super-volcano eruption, etc...) or other crisis it would be good to have a well trained team of residents available to help their neighbors and themselves to safety.

4) Officially resign from our perceived and enacted role as the "world's police force." We the people of the U.S. wish to focus instead on improving interactions between humans and their ecosystems instead of playing referee or meddling in the affairs of other nations. The U.S. military will defend our people if attacked, but we will no longer be involved in the global theater of conflict. The UN troops are designed for this global peacekeeping job, not the U.S.

Since the Green Liberty Party isn't on any ballots for 2016, I can only be a write in candidate. This is the kind of foreign policy that would be effective for improving peace, yet the military-industrial complex would be out of business. The mainstream candidates who rely on campaign contributions from military weapons contractor corporations will never speak these words, let alone act them out. If by some fluke Mark Miller of the GLP wins the popular vote, this is exactly what he will do; close the foreign bases, clean and convert them to first aid bases. Dismantle and investigate CIA for involvement and creation of boogeymen like ISIS, puppet dictators like Saddam, etc...

This may seem like I'm shooting myself in the foot, as if the Presidential campaign wasn't enough. However, since I'm speaking for the party of honesty, we need to disclose everything. My messages and reasons for this campaign are not of my own, there is a group of reptilian extraterrestrials who are concerned about our military bickering leading to some sort of nuclear holocaust and harming Earth. They claim to be friendly, though even if they're not, we humans could kill each other off before they even get here to find out what they're actually like. Their message to the government leaders of the Earth (including first and foremost the U.S.) is quite simple and straightforward;

"You human government leaders need to calm the fuck down. Stop all this nonsense fighting over religion, resources, race and other divisions. We reptilian visitors expect and demand the humans to get along and behave as one united human family on Earth. If this is unachievable through peaceful means via our chosen human/reptilian hybrid candidate Mark Miller you can all expect a swift return for all humans to the 'Garden of Eden', or a most primitive state of existence as it was about 10,000 years ago. Hunting wild game and gathering vegetables will be much safer then this current state of escalating military nuclear tensions."

Though they would prefer a peaceful transition through my election as President of the U.S., they are willing to do what it takes to secure peace on Earth. This is not a threat, just exopolitical choices. Or don't elect Mark Miller and try for peace anyway, but that is highly unlikely given that most candidates are owned by the military-industrial complex.
