Despite what some people (like myself a few years ago) thought about one of the founders of the Aryan Brotherhood(AB), rational minds must admit that he does not deserve the extreme conditions of psychological torture and isolation he is currently being held under. I now realize that I was incorrect for calling the AB a "racist" gang as they are working together with the Mexican Mafia and their founding leaders are part Jewish. Tyler Bingham has a Star of David tattoo on one arm and a swastika tattoo on the other arm. The AB group is challenging the power structure of the prison-industrial complex more effectively than any other gang to date. For this very reason the AB leaders like Thomas Silverstein are subjected to torture and abuse by the sadistic guards.

"My name is Tom Silverstein, A.K.A, Tommy. I’ve been incarcerated since 1975 and am currently the longest held prisoner in total solitary confinement within the BOP (Bureau of Prisons) and perhaps in America and the world.

Not even the notorious “Birdman of Alcatraz” was held in (total solitary confinement) absolute isolation, as I have been subjected to the past 28 years! He was able to see and speak with his neighbours in adjacent cells beside and across from his cell at U.S.P. Leavenworth in building 63 (where I had spent over a year in 1979-80). Whereas I am deprived of any and all contact with fellow prisoners.

Prisoncrats have sadly, but most definitely, surpassed their previous diabolical means of burying a man alive in the twenty first century since the Birdman’s era.

These pathetically sadistic agents of oppression eerily have excelled at intensifying the environment of sensory deprivation and psychological torture, which is what causes sane men to be driven completely insane. This has been scientifically proven. I do not arbitrarily charge my tormentors as “sadist.” They know exactly the effects of long term isolation and intentionally, with malice and forethought, continue it."

This is torture by isolation and violates the U.S. Constitution. Yet the prison structure claims they must segregate and isolate the "worst ones" as they are understaffed. Yet they are understaffed because the lock up more people under the "War on drugs" then they would under normal conditions. The prison-industrial complex has grown into a fascist monster that cannot recognize it's own role in the destruction of U.S. society. Since the "war on drugs" began the police state has intruded into personal lives and criminalized the entire population for choosing to ingest prohibited natural substances. Then the drug gangs fill the void created deliberately by the prohibition policies, in the end result is the prisons themselves become profit making machines over the bodies and minds of the citizens caught in the crossfire of the "war on drugs".


Why would a group invested in drug smuggling like the AB also be anti-authoritarian and anti-state? The prohibition "war on drugs" structure forces gangs into existence, then the police state punishes the gangs for filling in the void created by prohibition. After being rejected and pushed to the fringe as an outcast of both cultures, people can find brotherhood in the gang. Then the society that rejected them and hurt them punishes them for seeking the natural state of brotherhood from the only humans that greet them with open arms.

I know personally that I myself would never have the mental strength to endure what Tom Silverstein has, I would have long ago killed myself under those conditions. When the government tells veterans with PTSD to either get sick and die from psychiatric pills or die in prison from arrest for taking medical cannabis it seems that people like Tom Silverstein are our only saviors. Maybe some disgruntled veterans struggling to survive and discarded by the government they sacrificed so much for will find companionship in the Aryan Brotherhood and Mexican Mafia (Eme). The leaderless hierarchy of Eme also makes it more difficult for the feds to "cut off or isolate the head" as there are multiple heads. Maybe operating the ABs as a paramilitary organization with a similar leaderless hierarchy as Eme would alleviate the stress positions for those at the top of the current hierarchy.

From this point on I, Mark Miller of the Green Liberty Party, regret and apologize for any wrong and/or misleading statements I have previously made about the Aryan Brotherhood and Mexican Mafia and please forgive my transgressions and disrespect. I now would consider them as "brothers in arms" (hope they feel the same?) against the growing fascist police state and prohibitionist U.S. federal government that tries to control and isolate people for speaking the truth. Since I am running for U.S. President under the Green Liberty Party in 2016 I may need protection and at this point I trust the Aryan Brotherhood and Mexican Mafia more than I do the Secret Service of FBI to protect my life.

We need to end the prison-industrial complex that profits from prohibition of life saving plants like cannabis. The GLP 2016 platform is for 100% legalization of all substances and an end to isolation and segregation in prisons. If there were less people incarcerated for non-violent drug offenses the guards could be at a 1:1 ratio and keep prisoners safe while allowing them human contact.
