Why are people telling me they're going to Murrieta today? Is somebody planning an action out there or something? Because if not, I would NOT recommend going down there. Even if there were an action, I would not go down there unless I knew and trusted the people organizing it. Yesterday's counterdemonstration was spontaneous and not under the auspices of any organization. But we had some level of coordination--and lots of trust-- among those that were there--enough, that is, to prevent the worst. But we were still sorely outnumbered and things did get violent. We do need to go back, and soon. But it's something we need to do in an organized, coordinated fashion, with everybody on board. Any other way will be dangerous. So please do not go until we can all go together!!

It seems like some people are out. Not sure what's going on with other arrestees, but there was a call for help with bail. Will try to find info.

Urgent! Call in now to help out some brutally arrested anti-racist comrades!

5 Comp@s were kidnapped by police today at the Murrieta Border Patrol station. They came to protest against the white supremacists who were trying to prevent undocumented child refugees from being let free. The racists assaulted one of our people, and the police then teamed up with them to violently arrest 5 more. We are still waiting for formal charges and more information - but now we need you to please contact the Murrieta Police Department inmate line!
