The San Francisco Immigrant Film Festival has issued a call for entries for its next edition, to be held in San Francisco, California in September/October 2014.
Works in Narrative, Animated, and Documentary Short, regardless of the original production format, and the date when it was completed, are considered for this fifth edition. Submissions should be not longer than 30 minutes.
This film festival is exclusively focused on issues surrounding immigration, refugees and exiles.
Throughout the year, SFImFF offer free or low fee screenings of films/videos at different venues related to immigrant communities, such as: City College of San Francisco (Ocean and Mission campus), SF Day Labor Program, Mission Neighborhood Resource Center (MNRC), Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts (MCCLA), Artists’ Television Access (A.T.A.), SF International High School, Casa Quezada, Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA), Sonoma Community Center, People Organizing To Demand Environmental & Economic Rights (P.O.D.E.R.), Nuestra Voz (Sonoma), Sonoma Theatre Alliance and Sonoma Community Center
The entry deadline for the next edition is August 15, 2014. This is a completely volunteer-run festival, whose mission is to expose a human face on the issues of immigration, and immigrant workers' rights through the exhibition of films/videos that document the lives of immigrants and exiles, the facts that motivate people to migrate, and the problems most people face in the process to migrate to other country.

As long as these people respect our right to self determination by respecting our laws of immigration by going through the legal immigration policy that our country has established, then welcome to the USA!!!!
But, if illegal invaders just move into our country like Zionists "moved" into the Palestinian's lands, then to hell with those illegals. They can burn in hell before real Americans send them a packin.
I think a trebuchet on the southern border should be the best they would expect.
