The best method to avoid being subjected to this type of police abuse is to take the 5th Amendment and refuse to answer any and all questions asked by the police.

You can do that by telling officer friendly simply:

I am taking the 5th and don't want to answer any questions until my lawyer is present.

Don't have a lawyer. No problem. The cops are not supposed to question you until you get a lawyer.

If you have a lawyer they will always tell you that you should never answer any police questions. Protect your self from corrupt police officers and always take the 5th Amendment and refuse to answer any and all police questions.

Per the Supreme Court Case Hibell V Nevada, you do not have to:

• Have any Identification
• Tell the police anything other then possibly your name

If there isn't any reasonable suspicion that a crime was committed you can refuse to tell the police your name.

If the police have "reasonable suspicion" that a crime was committed you can be required to verbally tell the police your name.

But you are only required to verbally tell the police your name.

You don't have to give the police an ID card or even have ID.

You don't have to tell the police your birth date, address or any other information.

it's a common legal principle that police lie.
They are allowed to do so.
There are hearsay rules of excluding evidence from agencies that they do regular business with.
It's a principle of conflicts of interests.

if you have not committed any crime, you have presented no reasonable cause for being stopped or questioned.

Otherwise, you should consider not flagging the law enforcement agencies by committing crimes.
