An Orange County girl who was the victim of repeated child sexual offenses by an Orange County man, who lived in Santa Ana and now resides in Trabuco Canyon, attempted to file a report earlier this month. The girl walked into the Santa Ana Police Department with witnesses and a box of evidence.
The abuse was very graphic and involved nudity and knives. The girl’s father had repeatedly threatened to murder the girl and had chased her with a butcher knife. He had violently assaulted her. She had previously reported this to the Santa Ana Police Department which failed file any reports at the time of the earlier report as well..
The fact that the girl had witnesses to substantiate her claims should have been enough to encourage the SAPD to take a report. According to California law, a report was required to be taken, witnesses or none. One of her witnesses recently died after trying to get the police to file abuse charges against that same man, a former candidate for Congress. Another woman was awarded a permanent restraining order against the same assailant for extreme physical violence. The man reportedly attempted to molest another Orange County minor, a 14 year old girl. Orange County seems to have a hands-off approach to prosecuting this violent criminal.
An officer reported to be a Colonel Sepeda refused to write a report. The child, her box of evidence and witnesses were sent away. The police strongly hinted that that Tony Rackauckas and his fiancé Peggy Buff were the obstacles to the filing of abuse charges against violent criminals in Orange County.
There is word that Rackauckas was part of a financial deal with the culprit that resulted in obstacles to prosecution. This smacks of political corruption.
The child isn’t the only one the man wants to harm. He is a sharpshooter and has made public comments about his thoughts about killing the President. Orange County voted against the President and Obama is not particularly popular in the county.
