Do the Democrats really trust in their government that much that they wish to disarm the U.S. public? Every time someone like Loughner comes along and commits a crime, will the people have to pay the price by losing their rights to bear arms? This outcome (disarming the public) would be a long term goal of an MKULTRA operation that uses fear and terror incidents caused by unstable and easily programmed individuals like Loughner to dictate public policy with regards to gun laws.

It is easy to laugh at and mock people who profess to believe a "conspiracy theory" such as an ongoing domestic MKULTRA experimentation by CIA on psychiatrically challenged individuals like Loughner. Just think of the rates of mental illness in the U.S. and how this can be easily exploited to create "newsworthy lone wolf terror incidents" that can serve to distract the public from more serious and worthwhile news events such as political corruption, organized non-violent resistance, etc...

The preliminary profile of Mark Lee Loughner indicates that he may be a person going through genuine programming under MKULTRA by mind control methods and programming by on-the-ground MKULTRA agents designed to disorient the individual mind and turn the individual into a ‘Manchurian candidate’ type assassin.

Loughner a CIA agent ???

He was a :

Obviously you know nothing about or are distracting from the decades long experiments on mind control; one of which was Project MKUltra.
What cued me in on the event was the differing reports of the actual direction of the head shot to Giffords. And the absolute silence on the judge Roll assassination.

How to discredit a serious conspiracy theorist 101;

Come up with something even more bizarre and unlikely and then compare with a genuine conspiracy theorist based upon long term collection of facts from related incidents.

Another example of a hoax attempting to discredit a serious conspiracy theory is the "9/11 jets as holograms and/or UFOs" or "da Joos did it" hoax that seeks to discredit the very serious 9/11 Truth movement that claims government complicity with the so-called 9/11 hijackers and possible internal demolition of WTC buildings (including WTC #3, not hit by either plane, home of CIA records).

Yes, Jared Lee Loughner did indeed shoot Gabby Giffords in an attempted assassination. Would like to hear more about Judge Roll and who he was. It is curious that there is a virtual media blackout related to this individual.

The list of individuals subjected to MKULTRA programming is wide and diverse. No racism, classism or discrimination here, everyone from African-american John Muhammed to Euro-american Jared Lee Loughner to Asian-american Cho (V-Tech Shooter #1) are all probable results of long term MKULTRA psychological harrassment and directed energy techniques operated by the CIA against the domestic population.

The "Hee Haw" so-called skeptics who continue to mock and humiliate people who are doing the work of exposing CIA domestic programs like MKULTRA are defenders of the status quo, plain and simple. Well this is weird, Loughner's attorney, who defended "Unabomber" Ted Kaczynski, also may have represented Tim McVeigh. I can say this with confidence, it appears there is enough evidence to start the rumor mill over MK Ultra. I expect you will hear conspiracy theorists discussing this shooting for a while, especially if some kind of bill, law or anti-terror act is passed quickly as a result of the trauma and tragedy.

What is MK Ultra?

Mk Ultra was a code name declassified in the 1970's Church Committee and other lawsuits brought against the government where the public was informed that thousands of people, patients from hospitals, mental health patients, prisoners in the... justice system, and even public citizens were selected for testing without their consent. Testing was conducted int he 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Some claim they still go on today and provide evidence. The testing includes torture, drugs and exotic hypnosis experiments in an effort to explore the mind, propaganda and other related patterns. One sub department of the operation included a group of lunatic scientists who were looking to create an assassins program, to see if it was possible to kidnap someone, say an enemy in a country, conduct hypnosis and other techniques learned in Mk Ultra, and send them back to the country with a plan to assassinate their leaders. That plan is what scares people most. MK Ultra was carried out by the CIA illegally and in the 1970s, hundreds of patients sued the federal government for damages, and the government settled and paid millions of dollars.

Now here is the really trippy, scary info. Some of these patients where MK Ultra was used include Ted Kazinsky (the unabpmber), mark David Chapman (the man who shot Lennon), Sirhan Sirhan (the man who shot Bobby Kennedy) and even Lee Harvey Oswald is rumored to have attended a base in japan before heading to Russia where MK Ultra experiments were taking place. David Ferrie, Oswalds boss for a long period of time, is said to have been an MK Ultra specialist and specialized in hypnosis and believe it or not, sexual molestation to mess with his patients heads. David Ferrie was a convicted child predator who left the Catholic Church to train Black Operations hitmen for the invasion of Cuba. David Ferrie taught the Louisiana Civial Air Patrol where both Lee Harvey Oswald and Barry Seal joined as 15 year old children. Barry Seal became the primary operative in Iran-Contra who ran drugs for the CIA and was an active contract hitman, Oswlad was accused of killing John F Kennedy. David Ferrie was murdered, made to look like a suicide, the night before his testimony in a trial Jim Garrison brought against the CIA where he accused Ferrie and others of using Oswald as a patsy...

George HW Bush was Director of the CIA during the time many of the MK Ultra cases were brought against the government. He was a major oil tycoon and Skull and Bonesman who was active in CIA operations before that and after his director position at the CIA was Vice President of the CIA. HW Bush later became president after previously sitting as Vice President during the Reagan Years.

Many people have pointed out George HW Bush's connections to the Kennedy Assassination during the years Bush Sr was involved with CIA Operations against Cuba while he owned Zapata Oil. Lee Harvey Oswald even attended a social dinner with CIA operatives where Bush Sr was present years before the assassination, as pointed out in many books and research by investigators. One good book that will fill you in on all this is "Family of Secrets."

John Hinckley, Jr. and President Reagan

In 1980, Hinckley Sr. was a Texas oilman who, the records show, strove mightily to get fellow Texas oilman George H.W. Bush the Republican nomination for president. The Bushes and the Hinckleys were frequent dinner companions. An almost bewildered John Chancellor on NBC Nightly News reported "the bizarre coincidence" that Vice President Bush's son, Neil, and Scott Hinckley had dinner plans for March 31, 1981 -- now cancelled, of course. [But even Chancellor failed to mention the close friendship between the the assassin's father and Vice President Bush--let alone the rest of the corporate media.]

Reports indicate that the Bush family strove mightily to keep this information from the American people. And some reports list this incredible "coincidence" -- directly linked to the assassination attempt of President Reagan -- as one of the most spiked stories of the last century.

In other words, the brother of the shooter and the son of the vice-president (and their wives) had a dinner date for the day after the shooting. But it really wasn’t such "a bizarre coincidence." Those two families were very close; but the press never focused on that critical fact as it should have. If Reagan had died, the oilmen’s interests would have been served.

Neil Bush, a landman for Amoco Oil, told Denver reporters he had met Scott Hinckley at a surprise party at the Bush home January 23, 1981 [Nine weeks before Hinckley's brother John Jr. attempted to assassinate President Reagan--which would have elevated Bush Sr. to the presidency], and approximately three weeks after the U.S. Department of Energy had begun what was termed a "routine audit" of the books of the Vanderbilt Energy Corporation, the Hinckley oil company. In an incredible coincidence, on the morning of March 30 [the day of the Reagan assassination attempt by John Hinckley, Jr.], three representatives of the U.S. Department of Energy told Scott Hinckley, John Hinckley Jr.'s older brother and Vanderbilt's vice president of operations, that auditors had uncovered evidence of pricing violations on crude oil sold by the company from 1977 through 1980. The auditors announced that the federal government was considering a penalty of two million dollars. [This, on the same day that his brother John--the youngest son of Vice President Bush's close friend--attempted the assassination!] Scott Hinckley reportedly requested "several hours to come up with an explanation" of the serious overcharges. The meeting ended a little more than an hour before John Hinckly Jr. shot President Reagan.

2. Excerpts from an interview by Theresa Walla, United Press International, March 9, 1985: Journalism professor Nathaniel Blumberg was so disturbed about the investigation into the attempted assassination of President Reagan that he turned his suspicions into a 377-page novel.

In The Afternoon of March 30 , Blumberg blends fact and fiction in looking at the unreported "connections" between Hinckley's family and that of Vice President George Bush, the man who came within a heartbeat of the presidency of the United States. "What I'm really after is the case to be officially reopened," said the Rhodes scholar and former dean of the University of Montana journalism school. "If they can answer all the questions satisfactorily, I'll be delighted," he said in an interview. "In truth, I don't think all the questions can be answered without opening up a whole new can of worms."

Blumberg's unease is now focused on the indifference shown to what he calls "the story behind the story." Bush, he said, has questions to answer in connection with the attempt. So do the FBI and the judge who presided over Hinckley's trial, according to Blumberg.

"I'm not saying there was a conspiracy to assassinate Reagan," Blumberg emphasized. "I'm saying there was a conspiracy to keep significant information from the public that it has a right to know."

Blumberg asks his readers to consider his contentions that journalists were fed a barely believable story full of inconsistencies. A long-time media critic, he decided the example warranted more than a critique of press performance in a crisis. Such efforts, he said, usually "go out there and die." Instead, he chose to weave his questions into a novel so it would reach a broader audience and allow him to probe problems in society and corruption in government, as well as maladies of the U.S. press.

In the 1950s to the 1970s, the CIA mind-control project was aimed at finding a "truth serum" to use on communist spies. Test subjects were given LSD and other drugs, often without consent, and some were tortured. At least one man, civilian biochemist Frank Olson, who was working for the government, died as a result of the experiments. The project was finally exposed after investigations by the Rockefeller Commission.

It is unlikely that an Xray could be misinterpreted by any trauma doctor. Absurd. The direction of the shot changed.

So the comics have pointed out that since Loughner dropped out of high school and never left the state of Arizona this disproves any of his possible involvement with the MKULTRA program as it exists in its current form.

#1) The CIA is advanced enough that they can target a subject with directed energy whether they live in Arizona's desert, Louisiana's swamps of New York's forests. Ecology and geography are TOTALLY IRRELEVENT to the MKULTRA programming!

BTW - All the "haaw haaws" would be more effective if they made fun of me using some actual factual disagreements, not "since Loughner was from the AZ desert that means he wasn't involved in MKULTRA", as if the CIA might get lost in the cacti gardens trying to find him?

#2) Another comic pointed out that since Loughner did not graduate high school, this automatically disqualifies him from being recruited for MKULTRA programming. Surely the CIA agents must have wanted to discuss the fine points of Shakespeare with Loughner before turning him into a killing machine?

#3) The Freedom of Information Act disclosed that MKULTRA was already used domestically on psychiatric patients and prisoners against their knowledge of wishes as early as the 1950's. Whatever new program has evolved to replace MKULTRA we can guess that it is renamed and is also 10X or more effective than it was in the early years.

So all the comics out there keep the laughtrack coming, and i'll keep dropping science, facts and knowledge to dispell the ignorance surrounding MKULTRA;

Am looking forward to some more humor coming from haaw haaw and the other comics.

Haaw Haaw wrote;

"can you even show that Loughner ever left the Arizona desert ? didn't think so !!! LOL"

So the comics have pointed out that since Loughner dropped out of high school and never left the state of Arizona this disproves any of his possible involvement with the MKULTRA program as it exists in its current form.

#1) The CIA is advanced enough that they can target a subject with directed energy whether they live in Arizona's desert, Louisiana's swamps of New York's forests. Ecology and geography are TOTALLY IRRELEVENT to the MKULTRA programming!

BTW - All the "haaw haaws" would be more effective if they made fun of me using some actual factual disagreements, not "since Loughner was from the AZ desert that means he wasn't involved in MKULTRA", as if the CIA might get lost in the cacti gardens trying to find him?

#2) Another comic pointed out that since Loughner did not graduate high school, this automatically disqualifies him from being recruited for MKULTRA programming. Surely the CIA agents must have wanted to discuss the fine points of Shakespeare with Loughner before turning him into a killing machine?

#3) The Freedom of Information Act disclosed that MKULTRA was already used domestically on psychiatric patients and prisoners against their knowledge of wishes as early as the 1950's. Whatever new program has evolved to replace MKULTRA we can guess that it is renamed and is also 10X or more effective than it was in the early years.

So all the comics out there keep the laughtrack coming, and i'll keep dropping science, facts and knowledge to dispell the ignorance surrounding MKULTRA;

The National Security Archive is a non-governmental research institute and library that collects and publishes declassified documents obtained through the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, a public interest law firm defending and expanding public access to government information through the FOIA, and an indexer and publisher of the documents in books, microfische, and electronic formats.

The National Security Archive was founded in 1985 by a group of journalists and scholars who had obtained documentation under the FOIA and sought a centralized repository for these materials. Over the past twelve years, the Archive has become the world's largest non-governmental library of declassified documents.

There were reasons that Jared Loughner was used as a "Manchurian Candidate" assassin against Judge John Roll and Sen. Gabby Giffords'

"Wayne Madsen has learned from his contacts within the Beltway intelligence community that Jared Lee Loughner is an “MK-ULTRA” programmed assassin and that US District Judge John Roll and Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords were targetted for assassination.

The reason for the decision to target Judge Roll and Congresswoman Giffords has to do with their knowledge of the malicious and purposeful arming of Mexican drug gangs along the US-Mexico border by US intelligence agency assets in an effort designed to destablize the Mexican government.

This towards the end of making Mexico more dependent on US military aid and protection from its private security contractors.

“WMR has been told that in 2009, information about the CIA/Homeland Security/Napolitano smuggling operation came to the attention of three individuals, two members of Congress and a federal judge. The three were Arizona Democratic Representatives Giffords, Republican Representative Mike Conaway from west Texas, and Judge Roll. Giffords and Roll were working together on investigating the extent of the clandestine weapons and druigs smuggling operation and held some joint meetings with informants, one in north Phoenix, in 2009.

Information on the investigation and informants was strictly limited to only a few trusted staffers and clerks for Giffords and Roll. In addition, Conaway was also being briefed by informants on the smuggling operation but since the death of Roll and the severe mental and physical incapacitation of Giffords from the shooting carried out by Jared Lee Loughner, said to be an MK-ULTRA-like trained assassin, he has gone silent in fear for his own safety.

Loughner’s was declared mentally incompetent and there are reports, including one in Slate Magazine, that the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield, Missouri, where Loughner is being held, pending a determination of his mental fitness to stand trial, is being administered psychotropic drugs in his Kool Aid.

In addition to receiving drugs to fund its off-the-books operations, the CIA weapons smuggling program is designed to arm the two main Mexican cartels — Sinaloa and Los Zetas — in order to destabilize Mexico."
