The following threats have been sent to me via email from Justin Michael Nelson, a close friend and crony of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, concerning the murder of myself and my wife Dana,

Arizona has learned zero from Jared Lee Loughner and the shootings in Tucson, AZ. After AZ State Mental Health officials ordered the involuntary mental evaluation of the Sheriff's crony, Justin Michael Nelson, the City of Surprise, AZ Police Department outright refused to obey the legal police pick up order. This police pick up order was issued after Doctors at Urgent Psychiatric Care of Phoenix, AZ and found Nelson to be a "risk to others" and mentally ill. In AZ such an order can only be issued within 72 hours from the time of the incident. Police per order of the Sheriff chose to refuse their duty and let the order expire.

Now its time to look at the police and prosecutor's involved. Lynn Arouh, a Gilbert, AZ prosecutor has found the above death threats to not even qualify for prosecution under misdemeanor harassment. Ms. Arouh found the above death threats harmless and made in good faith. Let's not forget that Nelson is the best friend and crony of Sheriff Arpaio.

Arizona Police and Prosecutors are rolling out the welcome mat for the next Gabby Giffords style of murder and violence. I guess Sheriff Joe is more concerned about protecting his friend/crony and checking the papers of immigrants than preventing an imminent murder.

You don't seem to have presented anything at all to corroborate your assertions. You know, stuff like the complete headers from the alleged emails. The usefulness of that isn't so much that they would have real probative value but that a look at the path information should allow a reasonably net-savvy person to determine whether your claims have any surface plausibility or are simply hoked-up crap.

Instead of evidence what we have here is a set of unsupported assertions which we are apparently expected to take at face value simply because Joe Arpaio is such a dickwad- IOW, a mere appeal to prejudice.

Arpaio is indeed a shitwad but that doesn't mean that anyone is automatically guilty of whatever you accuse them of. Given that you have left a trail of delusion and crankery all over the friggin' 'net, a certain amount of skepticism towards your claims seems justified.
