WOMEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO DIE

by legal observer Wednesday, Jun. 29, 2011 at 7:14 PM

At Lamoreaux, domestic violence victim are effectively sentenced to death

The Lamoreax Injustice Center is a black abyss in which little or no justice takes place. The most tragic victims are women who have escaped domestic violence only to be sentenced to death by Judge James Waltz.

You may be entitled to a restraining order if your batterer knocks your teeth out or slashes you with a knife. The restraining order is the last right you will have at Lamoreaux.

Lamoreaux's restraining orders are never ever enforced. Violators are allowed to harm or kill their victims at will.

Divorce restraints also don't matter. Judges refuse to punish offenders for violations. Sometimes they issue orders encouraging husbands to violate restraints.

Batterers may dispose of property and cancel health, car and life insurance policies as long as the Judge is a Lamoreaux judge. Often insurance is canceled while the victims are being treated for their domestic violence injuries.

Today I saw a tragedy that could have come out of Shakespeare.. A woman eloquently begged the court to let her have her health insurance back because of her critical heart condition. The judge coldly told her not to be emotional. He considered the use of the word heart emotional.. She said something about her utilities being cut this week. She begged the court for an attorney to speak for her. Her husband's attorney objected that the wife didn't need an attorney. The judge deferred to the husband's attorney. The judge looked like he were about to throw the heart patient into jail for asking for her insurance back.

The woman and her friends left the courtroom conversing about how her batterer was earning six figures and she was starving and likely to die before her support request was heard. They indicated she had been waiting close to a year to get support from her rich batterer.

The law contains provisions for support and attorneys fees. Canceling insurance is a violation of law. The woman was totally screwed and the judge let it happen. People in the courtroom were sympathetic. None of the attorneys stood up to offer their assistance. One or two may have spoken to her later.

You have to wonder what turned Judge Waltz's heart so icy to the plight of domestic violence victims. It takes a certain amount of coldness to let an abuse victim go to her death as her husband profits in six figures from the abuse.

A man was outside snickering.. He may have been the husband. He didn't need to kill his wife. The judge may have done it for him.

The husband's attorney got a continuance. Postponing the hearing until the wife dies is one way of getting out of paying support.

Waltz is very supportive of batterers

by Taxpayer Friday, Jul. 01, 2011 at 10:52 AM

Judge Waltz has no compassion for domestic violence victims.

He's the kind of judge who allows batterers with high salaries to shove their families onto government welfare.

What was Schwarzenegger thinking of when he appointed Waltz? I'm paying for Waltz's decisions with my taxes.

had simular situation

by scared mother Friday, Jun. 22, 2012 at 7:09 AM

Judge waltz violated my restraining order, threw out a one month old decision by a riverside judge to have my 5 yr old daughter profesionally supervised for the 8 hours a month her abusive drug addict and two time dui dad had her. He ordered an investigation and the investigator recomended the same schedule as the riverside judge did just one month prior. Judge Waltz refused to read the investigation he forced us to pay for, then gave the father 30x more visitation and unsupervised! to add insult to injury he required me to do half of the driving when i dont get paid a dime in child support. he literally told me he did not care about my time, my other children or my schedule! I have been the victim as well as my family ( and three other people who have restraining orders also protecting them from my ex) for 6 years and ths "Judge" overturned everything and ignored all the paperwork I had showing documented happenings with police reports and previous court rulings, findings and reports. I am scared and devestated. Judge flat out called me a liar when I told him the father got his 2nd dui with my daughter in his care when the paperwork shows this was true. Again judge REFUSED to look at the paperwork. A horrible shame what this crooked biased judge is doing!

look up this term

by lawboy Friday, Jun. 22, 2012 at 8:55 AM

Look up "judicial indiscretion"
You can spank judges if you have an actionable claim.
Also there are things we call 'elections' where you can unset judges....
no wonder you are angry. you're being judicially chumped and are whining about it, wha wha....do something, don't whine.

Victims of Judge Waltz

by Lady in Waltz court room Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012 at 10:33 PM

Judge Waltz... Where do I even begin. This man ignores all evidence and rules from the opinion he has formed. This judge allows violent abusers to continue abusing women and children. Evidence what is that it is l disregarded in his court room. He does not even listen to experts firm investigators he employs. He has a hate for women. He will take children from their mother for trying to do their God given duty protecting their children. The violent abusers can cancel health insurance, never pay a dime of child support have rages of violence in front of the children it's all ok to Waltz. It is always the women's fault. He will employ CPS to get the decision he wants. He hates women. This man should be removed from the bench. He is a disgrace to our court system a man that is suppose to protect the innocent i.e. children. The only one protected in his court room are violent abusers. I believe he is paid off by these evil one or he is a wife beater and child abuser too.., Judge Waltz should fear the wrath of God for all the innocent children he has hurt and all the unjust rulings towards women who left hell and violence only to be put right back in an abusers hands..

Kickbacks and Payoffs

by insider Friday, Feb. 08, 2013 at 5:40 PM

Judge Waltz has left the bench. It became a little too well known that he was in the pockets (some might say in bed) with several attorney offices in orange county. He also reportedly took kickbacks from "expert witnesses" whom he appointed on cases. One of the most crooked judges in Orange County. Who really has some deep rooted psychological issues. The way he treated women and self-represented parties in his courtroom is an embarrassment to our country's judicial system. I witnessed him threaten people, yell at litigants, turn red in the face and scream at witnesses (before walking off the bench), and badgering witnesses. Thank goodness they got him off the bench and he cannot hurt people anymore (at least not as a judge). He'll probably end up working with a local law firm who owes him some big favors.
