What Pierre Joseph and his head of Web Development, Tagg Ryan do is run ads looking for computer programmers and webmasters at places they can place free ads, like Craigs List, the ASU Employment Center and the Maricopa Community College Employment centers.
Then they hire anybody and everybody that answers the ads. Of course they never pay then a cent and the people quit after doing a week or two of free labor for the crooks at PVM Marketing.

I saw this article about a wanted fugitive in the Nov 17 issues of La Prensa and it sure looks a lot like Tag Ryan or Tagg Ryan or what ever the current name the guy is using.
The guy is wanted by the Mesa Police and of course Tag Ryan was last living in Mesa, Arizona in the offices of PVM Studios or Paradise Vibe Marketing Studios.

Occasionally in the business world, unpleasant interactions and partnerships can be made. Unfortunately, Paradise Vibe Marketing fell victim to such an interaction.
At one point last year PVM came into contact with an individual named Mike DiRossi. Mr. DiRossi was contracted to develop web specific material for PVM during an agreed amount of time. Most disappointingly, the work was not completed within the arranged time-frame. Mr. DiRossi demanded full payment, without completion of work anyway. Mr DiRossi was paid an equitable amount for the incomplete work and was asked to not take further employment with Paradise Vibe Marketing LLC. In unjustified anger, Mr. DiRossi has spread vicious rumors and lies about PVM and attacked the entire staffs’ motives and characters. Slanderous comments and demeaning photos have been placed on various websites, including this article on INDYBAY.ORG abusing former staff and disgusting comments have been made in an effort to shatter the integrity the studio. As an employee of PVM and it's subsidiaries, I have never had a problem with my paycheck and I have enjoyed working with everyone here.
