The government from the USA is feeding the controversy on the picture of Osama died as an smoke screen. The only relevant facts that the media should be discussing are:
1) the air space of a sovereign country was invaded without his government's authorization;
2) the American authorities admitted that they used torture to get information that took Bin Laden;
3) the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights and the War Law they prohibit the unarmed people's execution or the murder in cold blood of who don't offer armed resistance to a legitimate action (the action of the USA is illegitimate because practiced with violation of Pakistani air space).
The USA are part of UN and it negotiated all freely of the International Laws that they were violated during the operation, among which the one that demands the respect the national sovereignty of the countries members, the warranty of the life, the impossibility of executions in cold blood and the one that banished the torture of the international scenery.
Serious violations of the International Public Right were committed and admitted by the Obama government. Until the present moment UN didn't manifest his opinion formally on the same ones. If UN doesn't do it or to admit in an implicit way that the USA are "above the International Law" all old order will have been destroyed. The precedent is dangerous and it is on this that the press should discuss. The picture of the dead Osama is irrelevant.
