http://www.nytimes.com/2010/04/18/opinion/18sun3.html The USA negotiated and it signed the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights of the which consists the following rules:
"Article V.
Nobody will be submitted to the torture nor treatment or punishment cruel, inhuman or degrading.
Article VI.
Every human being is entitled of being, every place, recognized as person before the law.
Article VII.
All are same before the law and they are entitled, without any distinction, to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination that violates to present Declaration and against any incitamento the such discrimination."
This legislative initiative that is mention in the newspaper, my friends, contradicts the letter and the spirit of the International Law. Therefore, it can be interpreted as a deliberate insult to the International Community. The American legislators that passed this law are telling to the world: we do what want and we didn't undergo any international rules signed by the USA.
This Law it is a war declaration to the whole world.
The Universal Declaration of the Human Rights is a UN document that codifies law as constructed and bestowed upon by the state.
The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are a series of documents that say these rights are *un alien able* and that we are born with these rights independent of ANY human 'laws'.
That is a huge difference, as laws can be amended to suit the privilege of power.
The one that the legislators of Arizona need is what was suggested by Sófocles: an "akester", more specifically "what has as function to calm."
Sófocles obviously used an equestrian metaphor to refer to what the Greeks also called "phíltron" and "phármakon" - an attribute of the goddess Atena Khalinîtis (worshipped in Corinth)
Summarizing: angry horse is docile with the brake in the mouth.
And since the Az law is no differant that the federal law reguarding immigration, your supposition is that the USA immigration law is a declaration of war against the whole world.
V. So, when the federalis kick illegals out of the US, is that torture or cruel or inhumane or degrading?
VI. And before the law, illegals are in the USA illegaly according to both federal and Az law. And before the laws of both the USA and the state of Az, the illegals are to be kicked out of the USA. Shit, where you think Az is going to be sending the illegals? To California??? Is that where the federal government sends illegals which have been kicked out of Az??? To California???
VII. Same thing. The federal law says they are to be kicked out. Now, Az law says the same thing. Duh.
Just how does the Az law "contradict the letter and the spirit of the international law"???????????????? Especialy when there is no such thing as international law?
Sounds to me that you are just in love with whatever BS you take the time to post.
Sure, there are braindead tools who are happy to accept your vacant ideas. But that will never change the fact that you and they are idiots who don't know what the hell you are posting about and they are buying into.
