The USA negotiated and it signed the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights of the which consists the following rules:

Article VII.
All are same before the law and they are entitled, without any distinction, to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination that violates to present Declaration and against any incitamento the such discrimination."

This legislative initiative that is mention in the newspaper, my friends, contradicts the letter and the spirit of the International Law. Therefore, it can be interpreted as a deliberate insult to the International Community. The American legislators that passed this law are telling to the world: we do what want and we didn't undergo any international rules signed by the USA.

This Law it is a war declaration to the whole world.

The Universal Declaration of the Human Rights is a UN document that codifies law as constructed and bestowed upon by the state.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are a series of documents that say these rights are *un alien able* and that we are born with these rights independent of ANY human 'laws'.

That is a huge difference, as laws can be amended to suit the privilege of power.
