Our subscribers are seething with anxiety on how the May 2010 elections in Philippines will turn-out.

Amidst the flying accusations of misdeeds and hidden character flaws the candidates hurl at each other, the question that still number one in the minds of the people is if there will be an election after all and second - if the new voting system that is now in place can withstand attempts of massive fraud, and of course: in the case of total failure of elections - who will take over the seat of power in the interim.

Bantay Pilipinas Project LA will hold a community Forum addressing these issues.

On April 21 at 7:00PM

hear representatives from the Aquino-Roxas, Villar-Legarda, Gordon, Teodoro, Villanueva and Binay campaigns with Pilipino Progressive Bloc, Media Breakfast Club atb., slug it out. The Philipines after Arroyo is also on the agenda.

This will be an exciting evening and the first of its kind in Los Angeles at these crucial times.

The event will be held at Kapistahan Grill (1925 W. Temple St. Los Angeles CA90026) in the heart of Historic Filipinotown.
