Arruda and their main collaborators were filmed receiving packages and more packages of money to favor entrepreneurs that render services to Federal District. Before being arrested, Arruda was trying to hinder the investigation of the case by political pressure and bribe.

Considering the behavior racist, irresponsible and inhuman of the governor of São Paulo during floodings and avalanches that caused hundreds of deads, I would not be sad if Mr. José Serra will make company for his Vice-President candidate in the Jail. For me José Serra until that it would be beautiful of handcuffs and convict's striped uniform.
