Constitutional Limits forbid the state from interfering with the lawful movement of all people. Public health and safety issues are a smoke screen for police state prisoner control. Line up or go freely.

If there is no lawful authority to stop, question or do credential checks for non commercial movement of a free people, then why is not the appropriate legal opportunistic class action monetary confiscation occur? Violation of the 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments are rather serious felony offenses if pursued under the color of law. My answer is that the legal system works for the law enforcement agencies, and there is no creditable legal process. Resistance to police state encroachment needs to be met with active strategies of confoundments and exploitations of their weak point, err.. I mean check point system of traffic control. I offer no suggestions but only considerations of what we are dealing with here. A 1st strategy would be, in my opinion, to picket and exacerbate the problems these control points cause; making very bad public images. Easy and legally done if one is prepared and clever. Oh hell, just line up, show your proper ID, submit blood for DNA and smile, hoping you're not in some watchlist data base.
