What to do when the Mayor is enemy of the community?

The recent inundation that reached the Zona Leste of São Paulo might have persisted for intentional action of municipal and state public organs. The suspicion is lifted up for residents and residents of the neighborhoods reached by a great inundation happened on December 8 that punishes the area to today. It is possible that a maneuver in the hydraulic engineering of the rivers from São Paulo has maintained the flood for many days after the rain. The reason for such serious crime would be the acceleration of the spillings of located residences in the meadow that they will be removed for the construction of the Parque Várzeas do Tietê, estimated in R$1,7 billion and it will be inaugurated for the WORLD CUP of 2014.

In fact, on the 14/12, Mayor Gilberto Kassab announced the anticipation of the spillings for the whole area, in that it live more than 5.000 families. Until the moment, however, the offered "alternative" the victims of the inundation were limited to the already known "check spilling" of R$5.000 or a "bag-rent" of R$ 300 monthly for two years, but without any establishment warranty in another place. Threats and spilling illegals' attempts were already tried in the Jardim Pantanal, in that tractors didn't only drop houses due to the popular mobilization in the area.

TURN OFF THE BOMBS THAT TAKE THE SEWER OUTSIDE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD THAT I EXPEL EVERYBODY OF THERE... he/she seems to have said Kassab to the personnel of Sabesp (state company of waters and sewers).

After the pleb be expelled, the houses will be demolished, the poor dump will serve as base holds for a new middle class or high class condominium. Then the bombs that take the sewer of the neighborhood can work again.

Of here some years nobody will notice what happened. Except who had a dead relative in the inundation, who acquired a serious disease in the dirty water or who was expelled of his property.

Does Kassab already deserve to receive the same type of corrective treatment that Berlusconi? With the word the victims of the inundation and of the forced expulsion!
