Almost every day we hear about another reactionary act by the latest fascist in the White House, Democratic millionaire, warmonger, death penalty promoter Obama. The latest is the fact that he refuses to drop the charges and dismiss the frame-up of 70-year-old seriously ill people's lawyer Lynne Stewart and her co-defendants but instead allows the 2d Circuit to immediately jail her. The protests must be loud and clear as this is fascism.

This is clearly intimidation of lawyers who may possibly defend in particular the upcoming "terror" trials of the tortured victims of the concentration camp at Guantanamo and in general, all lawyers who do not support the government's lies and who defend the workingclass.

Obama is clearly having these illegal "terror" trials of torture victims so as to prepare support for attacking Iran to steal their oil. The 9/11 Inside Job, which these torture victims are falsely accused of perpetrating, was also a Reichstag Fire to prepare American support for murdering the people of the world to steal their resouces. Sooner or later, these pretexts are admitted to being just that. The phony Gulf of Tonkin incident of August 1964 that was Democratic President Johnson's excuse to escalate the murder of 3 million Vietnamese to steal their resouces and possibly invade China has now been admitted by the perpetrators, such as war secretary McNamara, to never have happened.

The revocation of breast cancer victim Lynne Stewart's bail on Tuesday, November 17, came one day after Obama's anti-women, anti-healthcare US Preventive Service Taskforce announced that contrary to proven procedures, women should not (1) self-exam their breasts for breast cancer and (2) receive mammograms until age 50. THIS IS GENOCIDE. Self-examination of breasts is the most common way women realize they have a problem. Mammograms, which are recommended starting at age 40, are also effective in catching breast cancer early and saving lives. This is clearly a case of political cover up and repression concerning the FBI 1993 WTC bombing.
It's the members of the FBI who recruited, supplied the materials and allowed the event to 'go live', who should be in cages.

The author appears to be under the impression that a President can simply dismiss Federal criminal charges. This is false; a President has no such power.

In the case of someone who has been *convicted* of a Federal crime, a President *can* issue a pardon, which, while it spares the convict criminal penalties, nevertheless affirms that the person did in fact commit an offense. In cases where a President is convinced that a defendant has suffered a genuine injustice a pardon can be used as a sort of remedy, but the conviction still stands although the penalties are removed.

As for the rest of your pathetically uninformed rant, the new USPSTF guidelines are based on study of what contribution routine screening actually makes to lowering mortality among specific demographic groups. There's no reason to assume that they are the be-all-and-end-all word on the subject, as in science all knowledge is provisional and subject to revision as we accumulate data, but to go off screaming "GENOCIDE!" because they don't suit your preconceptions is utterly unjustified. That's the mentality that makes a good creationist- reject all evidence and knowledge that doesn't conform to a REVEALED TRVTH.
