Going to the website www.eyeonugsoa.org you have to wonder who is really behind this web site and this posting, and whether whoever is behind it seeks to serve the interests of workers or of management.

I looked at the links on the web page and was struck by the number of links to www.nlpc.org. I looked at that site and noticed one of the publication staff listed at "Dr. Carl Horowitz, Director Organized Labor Accountability Project, editor of Union Corruption Update" http://www.nlpc.org/about

This doesn't look like a site that a group of workers would have linked to on a worker oriented web page.

I noticed a number of links to www.unionfacts.org. The web page there begins: "We challenged American Rights at Work to debate EFCA 447 days, 8 hours, 48 minutes, and 38 seconds ago and so far they have refused our offer. Why won't they defend their own bill?"

Why would workers link to a site that began like that?

I also noted a few links to www.nrwt.org, the web site of the notoriously anti-union National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation.

I find it difficult to believe that workers would link to a page of such an organization.

This posting, web page, and effort look to me like a management financed professionally run union busting campaign in violation of laws prohibiting management from interfering between workers and organizations representing them.

Individual anonymous free speech is one thing.

A disguised professionally run, corporate funded union busting campaign is something else.

We should have laws that require entities financing stealth postings and websites for corporate purposes to identify themselves in the posting and websites.
