An LA-IMC reporter at the scene reports about 75 there now, with more arriving. Word from Tegucigalpa is that the plane carrying Zelaya has been denied clearance to land and is reportedly seeking another airport in the country to land. Three people are believed to have been killed when soldiers fired into the crowd gathering to greet Zelaya at the airport.
Local Hondurans have set up a information center in the park to monitor events in Honduras and to help those with family and friends in Honduras.
