t’s an outrage! Today, as expected the conservative California Supreme Court upheld the bigoted Prop. 8 in an overwhelming vote of 6-1.
It dealt the LGBT community a judicial defeat but with a compromise that wishes to placate the community. It maintained that the 18,000 marriages remained untouched.

The High Court Uphold Prop 8: ALL OUT TO THE STREETS!
Los Angeles- It’s an outrage!
The AJLPP views the decision as divisive and compromising that wished to placate the liberals and the upper class of the community. It is a propaganda coup and not incidental that the same time President Obama announced the choice for the Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court decision comes out.
But for the AJLPP it remains the same. The same oppressive and tyrannical law that upholds the status quo attacks the principle of human rights and civil rights. It is turning back the hands of time and all the gains that we have fought for decades.
We must join all freedom living individuals and organizations to come out to the streets and protests such onerous decision. Let us show these people that they cannot decide for the people. No such a small group of conservative individuals can ride roughshod over the masses.
ALL OUT TO THE STREETS! An injury to one is an injury to all. Defend civil rights and individual freedom Marriage equality, now!

Finally, we put the breaks on the ridiculous CA Supreme Count case that made same sex marriage legal. This is a victory for the rule of law, not judges making law. Even they could not buck common sense. If you want to change the law, win an election.

>>> If you want to change the law, win an election. or rig elections, like you did in Florida in 2000 or Ohio in 2004.
