When somebody's arrested by the police or by the Border Patrol, they pretty much have no access to legal rights. They're taken to El Centro, they're taken to San Diego from Riverside. They're taken to New Mexico. How can we provide legal services? So one of the reasons we're doing this march is to make sure that our rights are upheld."
