The following is a statement that I believe is relevant to this site as it is about the censorship, suppression, and control of independent thought, activism, and freedom of expression.

I am a Los Angelino leftist-progressive artist that has been marginalized by the intel establishment in cooperation withthe local and federal police, and other corporate thugs, companies, and institutions. Through many dirty tricks I have been rendered into poverty and social isolation. They achieved this through a host of dirty tricks that included vandalism, drugging, kidnapping for behavioral modification/hypnosis, slander, and social marginalization both personally and professionally and more. This has gone on for many years. I believe I was targeted because I had an early history of activism that included environmentalism and anti fascism.

I have recently made some statements [excerps below] to that effect in an art special interest forum. Immediately afterward a long standing rift between me and my siblings, who have also been affected by these activities reached a boiling point. Also my bicycle, which is in a locked garage was innocuously vandalized; timed to occur immediately after I made my statements. My bicycle, a symbol of free movement, has been a frequent target of vandalism and I can prove it. These innocuous vandalisms are meant to let you know that they are near and that they can get to you. If you complain to the in-cahoots police about these activities, they are trained to put you in the crank file and railroad you into a mental institution if they can. There have been more overt criminal vandalisms of my bike such as cutting the spokes, destroying the lights, and theft of the parts. There have also been more serious vandalisms in my professional life, one of which I will describe below.

There has been a long standing pattern of abuses that I will describe below aimed at censoring my work and keeping me in a state of dependent poverty and social marginalization. I made statements to that effect in the aformentioned forum when I reached a crescendo of frustration. I removed the statements I excerpt below from the forum, not because Im afraid of retaliation, or from losing my resolve, but because Im concerned it will put a bad taste in the mouth of the art collectors and enthusiasts that enjoy my work. I have not posted my name here only because I would prefer to just be an independent working
artist. I would prefer not to be an activist and just bring joy to people through my work, but if even my normal professional
activities are impeded any further, that is ALL I will be doing. I will use my considerable and varied talents exclusively to
bring the worst possible yet just light on these enslavers, traitors, and cowards.

Here are the relevant excepts from the statements that I would like to express here:

"Ive been subjected to a pattern of domestic terrorism that has been going on in my life since I was a boy. The culprits are in police intelligence and they've been persecuting me for my political beliefs and associations and for corrupt monetary gain. [Edit: I continued to explain that my computers were vandalized and It affected my ability to post my artwork regularly] They call it gaslighting, I believe; A pattern of harassment through disruption, vandalism, deliberately inflicted emotional harm and slander that is the root cause of my inability to post regularly."

"For example, the computer problems Ive had were part of the terrorism campaign. ALL of the computers In my home had critical operating programs removed. I repaired my computer and it worked fine in the shop. I brought it home and went to sleep exhausted and awoke to find the critical programs removed again. I purchased a used laptop and it worked fine at the shop. I brought it home and went to sleep exhausted. When I woke up, the laptop had the same operational software removed. The lights in my bedroom and my porch were put out during this time; it happened several times as well in the same 48hr period and there were no electrical problems or anything... I call it terrorism because that's what it is. The purpose of gaslighting is to fill you with self doubt, drive you into self destructive behavior, and paralyze you with fear; thus terrorism. They tortured me outright many many times."

"I warned them that if they didnt stop it, I would go public with what they have been doing. Well, they didnt stop so I am
posting this..."

"The intel establishment has deeply infiltrated the police with the cops full overt cooperation. Where an ordinary person would just get another computer and light bulb and just push forward and get the job done, I can get paralyzed with terror and emotional conflict. Thats because I was tortured outright many many times. They've developed a pattern of abuse where they abduct you, drug you, torture you without leaving a trace; no bruises, no broken bones or skin. Believe me there is A LOT that can be done within those parameters; such as measured pressure on your extremities without inflicting noticeable damage, hypnosis and psychiatric terror designed to instill emotional conflict and other self destructive behaviors. Preventing you from breathing short of death is excruciating, and also leaves no trace. And dont even get me started about sexual abuse."

"When I tried to make official complaints they threatened me and my family's life. Also there is a lot of money behind this
and all the right people are bribed to have this be treated like a psychiatric problem about me rather than a criminal one by police intel. Thousands and thousands have been subjected to this pattern of abuse not just me. You just never hear about them because mainstream media ignores it in cahoots with the intel establishment."

"Agian this has nothing to do with law enforcement; this is about disruption and preventing me from launching into any
independent career in the arts. I couldnt even get a job as a tomato washer at Whole Foods Market (a local health food
supermarket) due to the thoroughness of my marginalization. I could easily have become an ebay powerseller several times over by now if not for these activities [Edit: my primary source of income now is selling my artwok on eBay at virtual garage sale devaluation]. They want to either make me a homeless bum, an institutionalized wretch, or force me to live under an art-slave
contract for a work for hire company. And believe me, whatever is negotiated in good faith wont matter, my signature will end up in any document they want by torture or forgery. Its happened before."

[And this is the part directed to the goon squad's attention:]"I will continue my attempts at an independent career in the
arts. If they disrupt or impede me in any way, I will go public on a much more massive scale; Im not just a [artist] I am a multi talented multi media artist. I can write well, animate well, compose videos, and Ive learned a lot about social networking and marketing these last few years. I can definitely get the word out if this treasonous perfidy doesnt stop [ONCE AND FOR ALL ASSHOLES!]."

"...Im honest, sane, and conduct myself ethically (another reason you dont hear about this stuff is people are railroaded to jail or mental institutions when they come out about it) I am NOT suicidal (another reason you dont hear about this kind of thing is that people who come out about it are found with a noose around their neck and a suicide note that was likely as not written FOR them rather than by them). In spite of the terror, I have a lot of love for life and art and I am very enthusiastic about continuing to make good works of art in the future."

[Edit: excerpts from a follow up statement on the same forum thread:]

"With regard to the computer vandalism: none of the computers were hooked up to a network or LAN system. They operated independently and only one of them was hooked up to the net and on dial up at that. Furthermore, they were all effectively deactivated and this was timed to happen immediately after I reorganized my workspace for greater efficiency. This was another assault, one of many in my life, designed to disrupt my creative endeavors. Critical operating files were removed from all of them and when I bought another computer, the same happened to that one after I fell asleep. They were deactivated by either being physically removed, or from non-consentual remote access to my computer systems. Im still challenged to repay the money owed for the computer purchase and repairs."

"For many years, there has been a tremendous campaign by RICO criminals and traitors under color of authority to censor or degrade my works and my person, especially any independent works. Great inner turmoil has been conditioned to my artistic creativity by the methods I previously described. Its extremely challenging to overcome and every time I have, Ive been disrupted by either further conditioning or through dirty tricks, vandalism, and slanders in my personal and social life. This has been the root cause why I have been unable to post regularly or reestablish myself as a working artist. These inner conflicts reached a crescendo [Edit: I went on to describe how I destroyed an artwork in frustration and that I regretted making the statements because it may leave a bad taste in the mouth of those that would otherwise be interested in collecting my work.]"

[Edit: Again I direct my next statements more to the Treason-Goons than to my art collectors] "This is the LAST time that I will make an 'effort'. Ive developed the personal technologies to overcome the conditioning if I am not disrupted. If I am prevented from making the next steps to reestablish myself as a working artist, with my OWN INDEPENDENT WORKS, I will go after the bastards publicly and on a wide scale throughout the internet and with legal help as well. Again, I am NOT suicidal, Im not in any legal trouble, and Im not going to be doing anything that will give the authorities the legitimate pretext to institutionalize me."

[Edit: I concluded this statement and apologized to the collectors and art enthusiasts for the drama and stated that I hoped the statements wouldnt tarnish their enjoyment of my artworks in the future.]

all the fear and terror and dramatization and claims of abuse made above may even be true, but the rant is a bit excessive to be believable and no one is named clearly as the bad bad powerful hurtful people or the art censors.

So who did what and when and why ?
And to get revenge on them, expose them, clearly.

the story not very arty from my viewpoint. so hate me for saying this but I thought the art world was daring, courageous and wanting to find/makethe critiques of society to enlighten the rest of us... not to just accuse any-everyone out there.

........sounds to me like this is just another no-talent lefty crybaby who produces propaganda masquerading as art but that nobody wants to buy for that very reason and he's trying to alibi his own failure by trying to blame some nameless faceless 'conspiracy'....maybe if he tried being more of an artist and less of a lefty 'progressive' he might produce something that people actually want to buy

Marginalized Artist: I dont mind explaining again that my life and my family's life was threatened. The instututions involved, the state and federal police and the intel establishment does identify the source of the crimes. "All the fear and terror and dramatization" is the whole point! Fear and terror are meant to suppress you; It automatically elicits drama by human nature itself and that drama is outright attacked as mental illness to dismiss the charges. Note how the artist pretender starts his 'rebuttal' with inferences to paranoia. Sorry if this is 'excessive dramatization' but the depth and the the duration of these activities constitutes crimes against humanity!

"Arty?" That sounds like something a lunk-headed cop or fink would use refer to the arts. And dont think for a second that the last three lines of your statement will give me the least bid of pause to claim that you may very well be one of them.

There is a tremendous amount of resources fed into this; There is a vast conspiracy [oh oh I used the "c-word" conspiracy: 1) a secret agreement between two or more people to perform an unlawful act
2) a plot to carry out some harmful or illegal act (especially a political plot) ] We all know that that never happens, oh no! You would have to be paranoid or seriously mentally ill to use the c-word in reference to any perceived abuse or misconduct by anyone in authority.

There is a VAST CONSPIRACY involving business interests, the intel establishment, the police, and other institutions to target people like me for destruction. Just like the government expends vast resources to overthrow governments, they expend vast resources to be able to destroy targeted individuals. I doubt any real artist would feel the need to refute that unless he was one of 'them'. I dont think any artist or indeed any human being, is worth anything at all if he works with or sympathizes with these neo-inquisition mcarthyists.

I went for a late night shopping outing on my bicycle very early this morning. When I returned home there was a tall blond fit young man with short hair waiting for me at the corner where I always traverse on the way back home from the direction I was riding from. He had two aggressive dogs with him that were either pit bulls or a similar looking breed. He stated loudly, "It's Illegal to ride on the sidewalk!"

Now it may very well be just some guy walking his dogs at approximately 3:30am and the dogs were being protective. The reason why I am choosing to write this is it is a suspicious incident for the following reasons:

1) I have always had a fondness for animals, especially dogs and cats, and Im familiar with almost all of the dogs and cats in my neighborhood. I dont remember ever having seen these dogs before nor this man.

2) It should be noted that my free movement with my bicycle was impeded. I moved to the road to avoid a confrontation. The timing of these dangerous or threatening incidents are often timed for when I begin new art projects or when I have made statements like the one above or participated in any political activity. I have begun a new project just yesterday and I am very proud at how its turning out. This occurred just before I was going into the next phase of the project.

This is how I am going to proceed: I am going to ignore this incident as potentially unrelated to the abuses of the past, other than writing it down of course. I will record every subsequent strange, bizarre or threatening occurrence right here on this thread; bookmarked it!

If this pattern continues or accelerates or if there are any too intense gaslighting/harrassment incidents, or if I am selectively harassed or prosecuted for "riding my bicycle on the sidewalk" or anything else as ludicrous that everybody else is doing without reprisal, I will honor my commitment to go public. I will name myself as the author of this thread and I will go public and seek legal council. I mean official complaints, not just online rants; I mean broadcast all over the internet, youtube documentaries, the works.

I warn those involved if this is not a harmless unrelated incident that I mean it this time. Im totally committed to my rights and freedom and I wont compromise one bit. The things that were done are still within the statute of limitations and there are many new updated incidents as well. You assholes lost the judi bari case and youll lose mine too if you dont fuck off!

Here is the message I initially wrote:

Again, this incident may be unrelated, but it is a privacy violation. Yesterday evening I went to take my art project to the next level and I discovered my website password did not work. I contacted the hosting company who said the password was changed. I dont remember ever having changed this password.

The password was apparently changed a month ago, which is before I made these statements, but it does cooincide roughly for when I was working on my last art project. I submitted a ticket to the hosting company with tech support. They declined to tell me the source of these activities as requested and issued me a new password.

The new password does not work. I was unable to access my computer for several hours since the time I received the new password (not through tech difficulties, I was just otherwise involved). I tried several times to access my website with my ftp and was unable.

These incidents may all be unrelated but this has been the way things go with my art projects; lots of disruption and taking the wind out of my sails. I will record each incident and violation right here. If this pattern does not cease very soon, it constitutes a mathematical improbability that these incidents are not related to a gaslighting campaign. If I am subjected to a gaslighting campaign, further harrassment, or other marginalization, I will go public and seek legal council.
