About 50 people packed the small café to see the film. Representatives from the Black Riders Liberation Party gave a talk after the film and took questions from the audience. They were well received and a positive discussion was enjoyed by all.
The Black Riders discussed some of their community programs, which include a creative gang intervention program of camping trips for youths to native lands to experience nature and the sweat lodge ritual.
The Black Riders are also currently fighting for the release of 3 of their members who are imprisoned on trumped up charges. They are asking supporters for a show of support by coming to the next court appearance for their comrades on May 28th 9:00 am, LA county courts at 210 W. Temple.
