A description on how to make fake IDs along with the equipment needed
Authorities say it is easy for criminals to make IDs that initially appear realistic. Illegal immigrants must supply only a photograph of themselves when they place their orders.
Creating fraudulent documents requires little more than basic home-office equipment. This system was found by officers from the Fraudulent Identification Task Force.
With a computer, scanner and printer, criminals can quickly and easily churn out fake IDs.
Fake green cards and Social Security cards are mass produced by forgers who can fill orders within hours.
Homeland Security Director Leesa Berens Morrison is surrounded by hundreds of fraudulent documents the Fraudulent Identification Task Force has seized.

What? Your papers ban be forged? Then we all need to have an IFRD chip ( inserted into the brain ) to prove our 'identity'. One that explodes when it is removed.

There are things like fingerprints and retina scans and even the lines on your feet and palms that are unique identifiers. There's your DNA.
The RFID's main advantage is that you can be identified from a short distance away if there's a scanner in the area.
What's more useful to the police is your "smart" cell phone. It sends out a signal that goes for a half mile, and there are hundreds of reception towers in every major city. The phones can be reprogrammed to use the gps and wifi triangulation software, and then pinpoint your location down to several yards, and then send this location information to the police.
That information can also be linked back to your social network accounts, which are being data mined for information not only about your life, but your associates and friends lives too.
