An activist describes being at the start of the parade and the action immediately following it.

This from a local activist who participated in the White Rose events:
"About 10 of us stood with signs along a sidewalk at DelMar/Orange Grove, talking to passersby (it seemed to be a busy route of people coming and going to the grandstands) and handed out the White Rose Coalition leaflet, and the World Can't Wait Leaflet. Lots of support. There were other protesters scattered about there at the beginning of the parade, and a large human rights contingent with a banner across the street. (They snuck the Chinese float in via a side street past Del Mar.) Then we all followed the parade with the huge Constitution on canvas. Did you see that part? Turned off Colorado at Garfield and rallied at Pasadena City Hall."

No, no one noticed. It was an absolute flop. The only thing that was funny was the Impeach sign and the Kucinich sign next to each other. I heard people asking why the protesters wanted to impeach him. LOL, what an a joke.
