The horrifying fires we have all witnessed in Southern California are a direct result of stealing our tax dollars from all social services at home and giving them to the war machine. Please turn your grief into action and join the October 27 peace march in Los Angeles at 12 Noon at Olympic & Broadway and march to downtown federal building.
Two-thirds of California's population of 37 million people live in Southern California. Let's see one million people at this Los Angeles peace demonstration. The world wants to know just how many Americans want peace and want to abolish the fascist terrorist state that is US imperialism. And we Americans cannot live like this anymore. We live in a very rotten, crumbling, viciously fascist society, and it will only get worse of there is no protest. They say cut back; we say fight back! We are black, brown, yellow, red and white, same enemy, same fight, workers of the world, unite!

Working Democracy
The LA downtown Protest March today brought many new faces, people of all ages, from toddlers to silver -haired seniors. The overall theme was BRING THE TROOPS HOME NOW and STOP THE ATTACK ON IRAN. A die-in of 1,000 protestors with background recorded bombings was very effective, putting the participants in touch with the realities of such attacks and giving a very PERSONAL FACE to the hideousness of the ACTS OF WAR. We need millions in the streets demonstrating their disapproval of this military-industrial-complex-government activities including the ACTS OF WAR, the invasion of our Constitution, the lack of Democracy, and our BODY OF CONGRESS, as well as this administration's, unwillingness to heed the voices of WE, THE PEOPLE! LET'S TAKE BACK OUR GOVERNMENT ... THE TIME IS NOW!
Excellent write-up of the protest, yesterday...
