There are those who are unfamiliar with the story of the porno industry scandal, that I refer to in following posts. Because the porn industry is now the biggest segment of the entertainment industry (close to 60 billion - bigger than mainstream movies, television, sports) the scandal is being buried. The same media conglomerates that own the news media are also heavily invested in porn, and since they are making one hell of a lot more money off of porn that they are making off other media investments this is one scandalous murder trial that will not be getting the twenty four seven treatment.

What happened is that some high school male Marilyn Monroe type arrived on the scene and this was the trigger which was to set in motion a series of scandals culminating in grisly murder. Apparently sales of the videos were bestsellers in the 'twink' category, breaking previous sales records, and in the hopes of freeing the kid from a contract, one porn producer allegedly killed the other porn producer by sawing his head off with a knife and then burning his house down. The murder trial is currently underway but is taking place under the radar screen you might say because the seamy underside of the porn industry is being exposed. Sean Lockhart was the high school goose that laid the multimillion dollar eggs, in exchange for the industry standard 2,000 dollars an egg. The porn industry has brought back in the old 1930s studio system, which means locking performers into el cheapo contracts which then allow the studios to rake in huge profits while keeping their costs at the peanut level.

What we have here is not just a porn scandal, but also a media scandal, for it is obvious that the only reason why this case has not become the 'murder of the month' is because it is socially significant and threatens that golden goose. Some meaningless murder will become the murder de jour, simply because it is a meaningless murder. This illustrates the connection that exists between the supposedly objective media system and the porn industry since both are owned by the same conglomerates, and when a news story threatens the profit interests of the multinational, it does not become news.

Once this high school kid realized that he was being taken to the cleaners and fleeced by some porn producer, he tried to get out of that contract, with the porn producer threatening legal action, to continue fleecing that half fleeced lamb. Some half plucked high school chicken would be sent back to become completely plucked. Out nations judges would see to that, of that I am sure, and so was the kid, who capitulated to further ruthless fleecing. Nothing in our legal system is more important than property and money, and if that means that some chicken gets fully plucked by some shrewd porn producer then so be it. You can see that we also have a scandal that touches on issues concerning the legal system, because some under paid porno chicken cannot afford the expensive lawyers that the millions being raked in by the porn producer can pay for, and so must capitulate.

The scandal also touches upon political issues, since it was a political decision to deregulate ownership of media properties which then allowed these massive media empires to be created, which then allowed media barons to squash stories such as this one when it threatened the porn industry, the most highly lucrative of all those media properties.

I am extremely disgusted about what this scandal reveals about the porno industry. I am not angry at porn stars, but those porno producers are looking more and more like scum bags to me the more I consider their unbridled greed and corruption.

There are also issues of vulnerability that need to be addressed here, in that some of these kids, like Sean Lockhart, the young man at the center of this story, are in the position where they need somewhere to turn, and when they turn to that porno producer they can fall into that clutches of some scum bag who knows that our desperate lambs are ripe for another really good fleecing. Those chickens will be taken to the cleaners, fleeced, and then dumped, while that porno producer adds onto his collection of golden eggs being laid by the golden goose. Some porno websites actually make fun of the idea that they are greedily exploiting kids, playing up the fact that some of these kids are desperate kids who will be forced to do anything for money. Apparently there must be some emotionally screwed up people in the world who find that revolting idea to be a turn on, because it is featured in the advertisements for that porn. Yes, they are real hard up, and now they can be made to do just about anything in exchange for tossed peanuts. That we have such filthy scum bags preying on our children and even bragging about in the open is another scandal for our society as far as I am concerned.

The one solution would be to bust up that porno studio system, but given how hard up some of these kids are, getting a 'porn star union' started up might be hard, because as porno producers like to brag, there is always another kid, a real hard up kid. For this reason the solution might be to force those bastards to offer contracts whereby they must share a percentage of the gross with each and every single fucking one of their stars, and as for that ever growing collection of golden eggs being gathered like trophies by those filthy fucking porn producers, well I guess they will find themselves a little short on eggs. I say that they should be mandated by law to share a percentage of the gross because if such sleazy characters were mandated to share the profits they would be cooking books and fucking around with books and finding some other way to fuck over the porn stars.

The porn industry has brought back the old 1930s style studio system, which means locking the performers into el cheapo contracts so that the really big money being generated by the porn industry goes to the studios. What this means is that a porn star gets taken to the cleaners, fleeced, and then dumped with nothing while the porn producer gets very wealthy.

It turns out that when the porn industry did the attempted drive by fleecing on Sean Lockhart they were attempting to pluck the wrong chicken, for Sean Lockhart is driven by his personality style to be a fighter, and he offered resistance and became a run-away lamb. Sean was sixteen when he was first wooed by a porn producer, who is now dead, having had his head sawed off and his house burned down by a rival porn producer who wanted to free that locked down porn chicken from a contract, which would also free up those locked in millions in profits. Sean was also one of those kids from a broken home who is facing street life due to various circumstances in his life, and to a kid like that those couple of thousand small peanuts being tossed by a porn producer look good.

The problem here is that Sean Lockhart is driven by his personality style to fight back, and when he was a younger kid (he will be 21 on Hallowe'en) he might not have been acting fully conscious of what he was doing or what the consequences might be. I say this because when Sean Lockhart began the half plucked run away chicken, he was hoping maybe to get a better deal from someone else in the porn industry. The threat of big bucks lawyers and court cases eventually forced that run away chicken to return to get finally and fully plucked clean by that porn producer, and he would have been plucked clean if some other rival porn producer had not sawed the head off that first porn producer with a knife in the hopes of landing that lucrative contract himself. I say that Sean Lockhart is driven by his personality to take offense at such gross conduct and such unfair rip offs and that being a run away half fleeced lamb was inevitable when the porn industry tried plucking the wrong chicken, while at the same time Sean never did seem to grasp the concept that the other porn producers were not nice guys and that he would be severely black listed for starting the trend of the run away lamb (the one exception to the blacklist was Falcon studios, which must be an independent outfit, and big enough and powerful enough on its own that it could take the daring step of hiring that black listed run away lamb and then featuring Sean in a production that satirized the scandal - this took place before the nasty murder).

Sean then got a second fleecing when he tried to be revolutionary and start his own mini internet porn studio, when the investor conned him into signing a bad contract which left him getting not one plug nickel, and with, once again, no recourse to the courts because it was all done by signing on the dotted line. Even if some kind of a case could be made about that bad contract in court, it is unlikely that a fleeced lamb working for a little more than minimum wage could ever afford the lawyers, and so that becomes just one more really good fleecing by the porn industry.

Not only is Sean Lockhart a fighter by nature, driven to fight by powerful forces rising up from his unconscious mind from what I can tell, he is also made of tough stuff, so that when to punish him he was outed as a porn star to the entire world by having his true name plastered all over the internet, and when weird stalkers were encourage to hunt him down when his home address was plastered on the internet, and now when media rags like Rolling Stone are trying to bury the hatchet with Sean by burying that hatchet right into his skull, through it all Sean has been a survivor. However as resilient as Sean is and as full of a feeling of his own inherent self worth as Sean is, he is still not iron man and that is why I have become his strong advocate. What Sean needs is a good propaganda lawyer, the Clarence Darrow of propaganda, because he is just some kid who was driven by his personality style to rebel against cheap exploitation and was in the process thrown up against all the powerful forces of an industry that rakes in 60 billion dollars a year dishing out the same treatment to everyone else, only to have them keep their mouths shut about it. Because Sean was the run away lamb who caused a problem attempts have been made to do a hatchet job on Sean by portraying him as somehow less than human, a dirty little hustler and so on, simply because Sean is up against really rich and powerful forces and they don't want anyone so rudely interrupting their chicken plucking operations, especially not some mouthy damned half plucked little chicken who does not just quietly vanish into thin air after being taken to the cleaners, as is the case with most thoroughly plucked and tossed out chickens.

Should any other ripped off lamb get any ideas an example would be made out of Sean Lockhart who would be viciously outed publicly and then smeared and trashed by media outlets owned or influenced by big daddy porno bucks, which is hugely scandalous, since this story exposes the ruthless exploitation of the weak by the powerful.

Two exceptions to this rule would be Ralph Woods and Pierre Fitch who are also rebelling against that porn industry and trying to start up their own thing, perhaps with a little more luck than Sean Lockhart, who wound up getting fleeced really good a second time. Such is the fate of the male Marilyn Monroe of the gay porn industry. Everyone wants a piece of Marilyn, and this being the porn industry and those really bad porn producers, that would not be just a piece of Marilyn but rather the whole cake.

I am so disgusted by what has been revealed by this big porno scandal that I have now decided to make it my mission to grab a great big hammer and I am going to pound that porno industry with that big hammer until that scandalous el cheapo 1930s studio system is pounded off the face of this planet. That disgusting hatchet job on Sean Lockhart that appeared in Rolling Stone was just the last straw.

What I have decided to do is to bust up that media blockade by using the internet, and to start the ball rolling I have sent emails to the Raging Grannies. Those raging Grannies are always real pissed off about something or another, and perhaps I can get them real pissed off when they start thinking about our plucked little chickens and those golden egg collecting porno producers and that peanut chucking operation they are running. It is worth a shot and seem to me to be a good way to begin.

Apparently some very rich and powerful porno producers thought they would dump a bucket of hot tar and feathers on that run away lamb, Sean Lockhart, but Sean isn't the only fighter in this place, and I have a few ideas of my own about where that bucket of tar and those feathers belong as payment due for all this scandalous behavior that has been hidden for far to long.
