Best Diet In The World

by Fred Snider Sunday, Jun. 10, 2007 at 7:41 PM

Food is your body's fuel. You should not pour junk into it, any more than your car. If you can afford to be unhealthy, skip this. If you can't, please read on.

This is a rather strict diet. As natural & proper as possible. Think of it as high-performance gasoline. You should notice amazing improvement in just over 2 weeks. Many health problems will simply vanish. In some cases, even certain cancers.

It's mostly 4 all-you-can-eat meals a day. Really! Just stuff yourself silly!

Each meal should be separated by at least 2 hours, with distilled or purified water at least an hour apart from each meal.

The first meal is all fruit, except melons, grapes, plums, prunes, & other bowel-movers.

Once or twice a week, you can substitute a meal of the bowel-movers instead of the fruit.

You can puree them into a smoothie if you like. The blender helps the digestion process greatly.

If you have a very sensitive stomach, you should avoid all citrus, which could include strawberries, (And tomato in the salad meal. ), which do contain some. Otherwise, grapefruit is a great fat burner.

The second meal is all salad, which can also be pureed with minimal water. The best lettuce is romaine.

Once or twice a week, you can substitute oatmeal for the salad.

The third is protien, which can include meat or not. Rice is great. Tofu is acceptable, ( Different brands & textures do effect the flavor. ). Meat should be kept as simple as possible, just boiled. A can of tuna is acceptable, ( In water, not oil. Fish also burns fat. ). Eggs. Beans, if you have the time. Add some avocado.

The fourth meal is light vegetables, especially potato. You can dice them, boil them, puree half with the water, then add the cubes for a chunky thick soup. Add a dash of iodized salt, & a multi-vitamin pill.

Do not add any wheat, corn, dairy, dressing, or spice. ( Of course, no smoking, narcotics, coffee, tea, soda, or even juice. )

It's up to you whether to start the day with fruit or water, & how much water.

Drinking during meals dilutes digestive juices, & your stomach can only hold food for so long before it must be passed along, so the easier you make it, the more nutrients get used. Mixing meals with sugars, carbs, & protiens does the same.

Try to include the skins on whichever foods you can. There are good things in it.
( Orange rind might be too rough. And banana peel. )

Your body needs a tiny bit of iodine to keep your neck from swelling with a goiter, & it also needs a little natural fat, which comes from the avocado.

When you don't eat, your body digests your muscle, not fat.

Exercize does help to keep the skin firm, as the fat is absorbed. Giant muscles are counter-productive, & so is excessive running. Keep it simple, & stretch a lot!

If you put, "Dr. Max Gerson" in Google, you will find links to a similar diet that allows your body to eliminate certain cancers itself, without drugs & radiation.

It was intended for migraines, & did work for that, but some cancers disappeared, too.

I did it myself for a year, & it was fun, but I'm real healthy, & can afford to be unhealthy, so I go for the junk, but not too bad. If I ever do get ill, I will go back on it in a flash.

Both of my elderly parents got extremely ill, & got much better after only 2 weeks on this diet. I was amazed, as I created it as a joke, but did research it in books by 2 Nutrition Doctors, Shelton & Jensen.

Your brain plays tricks on you, & resists change of any sort, even for the better, so in the beginning, you may feel that the food is too bland, or not enough, but that will pass in about 1 month. Just stick to it.

You can consult a doctor, like if your health is in a bad state, & some could be affected adversely by it, but you can ask Dr. Gerson's daughter how the medical lobby forced her Father to move his clinic out of the country. They lose money if you don't rely on medicine & operations, such as kimo.

Our own family doctor chose to die of cancer, rather than even try to rid his body of it through nutrition. "Live by the sword...."

Take care, best of wishes, & enjoy!!!
