Iraqi Petroleum privatization, CIA MK-Ultra, PSYOPs

by War Crime Trial 4 GW Bush regime!! Saturday, Apr. 21, 2007 at 8:51 PM

The upcoming petroleum privatization of Iraqi oil reserves is being watched by international community, never a better time for PSYOPS (psychological operations) military brainwashing campaigns here in north america. V. tech shootings distract the media from Iraqi oil heists by Halliburton, Exxon-Mobil, etc.. while promoting culture of police state mass hysteria at US universities. Brilliant timing Herr GW Bush, Der Fuhrer of US Empire!!

Once again, the folks over at corpwatch predicted the eventual private auctions of Iraqi petroleum reserves to the highest bidder;

"California Republican Congressman Darrel Issa has introduced a bill that would require the Defense Department to build a CDMA cell-phone system in postwar Iraq in order to benefit "US patent holders." As Farhad Manjoo noted in Salon, CDMA is the system used in the United States, not Europe, and was developed by Qualcomm, one of Issa's most generous donors.

And then there's oil. The Bush Administration knows it can't talk openly about selling off Iraq's oil resources to ExxonMobil and Shell. It leaves that to Fadhil Chalabi, a former Iraq petroleum ministry official. "We need to have a huge amount of money coming into the country," Chalabi says. "The only way is to partially privatize the industry."

He is part of a group of Iraqi exiles who have been advising the State Department on how to implement that privatization in such a way that it isn't seen to be coming from the United States. Helpfully, the group held a conference on April 4-5 in London, where it called on Iraq to open itself up to oil multinationals after the war. The Administration has shown its gratitude by promising there will be plenty of posts for Iraqi exiles in the interim government.

Some argue that it's too simplistic to say this war is about oil. They're right. It's about oil, water, roads, trains, phones, ports and drugs. And if this process isn't halted, "free Iraq" will be the most sold country on earth."

The upcoming decision about the petroleum privatization in Iraq is being watched very closely by the global community. No doubt the US, China, Russia and other G8 superpower petroleum giants are all lined up at Iraq's feeding trough of black gold..

Under new legislation – the Petroleum or Hydrocarbon Law – expected to be approved by Iraq’s parliament as soon as March 2007, Iraq’s oil reserves will be open to control by foreign oil companies for the first time in 30 years. Drafts of the law have all favoured Production Sharing Agreements – contracts which last for 15-20 years and allow for unrestricted access to the oil reserves. According to industry experts, these contracts amount to de-facto privatisation.

Where did the law come from?

Prior to the invasion in 2003, the Future of Iraq Project was founded by the US State Department. Part of the ‘Future of Iraq’ Project was an ‘Oil and Gas’ working group comprising Iraqi exiles and US Policy makers. Ibrahim Bahr Aloum – later appointed Minister of Oil – was part of the group. It strongly recommended Production Sharing Agreements in its final report.

Successive oil ministers have all also publicly called for PSAs to be signed with foreign majors.

The first draft of the oil law was completed in July 2006 and shown to the US and UK governments thereafter, as well as 9 Multinational Oil Companies and the IMF. The Iraqi people were not consulted. As late as December 2006, most MPs in the Iraqi Parliament had still not seen it.

The passing of the Petroleum Law is one of the US Government’s top 3 benchmarks (Instructions/Orders to the Iraqi government) in President Bush’s “new strategy”.

Oil majors such as Shell and BP need not set foot in Iraq for years to profit from the country’s oil – as soon as contracts are signed, their share price will skyrocket as they translate their as yet untapped reserves are written into their books and their prospective revenue."

Provided that the US military maintains their occupation of Iraq, the petroleum autions will also benefit the owner of the repaired petroleum infrastructure, none other than Halliburton (inc. ExxonMobil, etc..)..

Let's remind ourselves on the 8th anniversary of Columbine shootings that the war on humanity also occurrs here domestically. Random shootings and serial killers operate in collusion with CIA MK-Ultra mind control programs, always timed to occurr when a major international media event occurrs. In this case the privatization of Iraq's oil will become displaced by police state security culture paranoia of mentally ill school shooters..

Since we're on the subject of Virginia tech and today is the 8th anniversary of Columbine, let's talk a bit more about CIA and MK Ultra, PSYOPs (psychological operations) and other military mind control tactics!!

Just how did those US military recruiters trick and bamboozle all those 19 years olds into joining the GW Bush regime's petroleum conquest of Iraq??

No risk of radioactive depelted uranium exposure while serving their time (ALL that cancer and then some to help pay for college), the promise of VA testing for radioactive isotopes can actually prevent cancer. Sounds like the US military recruiters need some additional info on DU exposure;

"Depleted Uranium Situation Worsens"

By Doug Rokke

[Printer-Friendly Version]

"The delivery of at least one hundred GBU-28 "bunker buster" bombs containing depleted-uranium warheads by the United States to Israel for use against targets in Lebanon will result in additional radioactive and chemical toxic contamination, with consequent adverse health and environmental effects throughout the Middle East. Israeli tank gunners are also using depleted-uranium tank rounds, as photographs verify.

Today, US, British, and now Israeli military personnel are using illegal uranium munitions—America and the United Kingdom's own "dirty bombs"—while US Army, US Department of Energy, US Department of Defense (DOD), and UK Ministry of Defence officials deny that there are any adverse health or environmental effects as a consequence of the manufacture, testing, or use of uranium munitions, so that they may avoid liability for the willful and illegal dispersal of a radioactive toxic material—depleted uranium (DU).

The use of uranium weapons is absolutely unacceptable and a crime against humanity. Consequently, the citizens of the world and all governments must force the cessation of uranium weapons use. I must demand that Israel now provide medical care to all DU casualties in Lebanon and clean up all DU contamination.

American and British officials have arrogantly refused to comply with their own regulations, orders, and directives that require DOD officials to provide prompt and effective medical care to all exposed individuals ("Medical Management of Unusual Depleted Uranium Casualties," DOD, Pentagon, 10/14/93; "Medical Management of Army Personnel Exposed to Depleted Uranium (DU)," US Army Medical Command, 4/29/04; Section 2-5 of US Army Regulation 700-48).

They also refuse to clean up dispersed radioactive contamination, as required by Army Regulation 700-48, "Management of Equipment Contaminated With Depleted Uranium or Radioactive Commodities" (Department of the Army, September 2002) and US Army Technical Bulletin 9-1300-278, "Guidelines for Safe Response to Handling, Storage, and Transportation Accidents Involving Army Tank Munitions or Armor which Contain Depleted Uranium" (Department of the Army, July 1996). Specifically, Section 2-4 of United States Army Regulation 700-48 (dated September 16, 2002) requires that:

(1) Military personnel identify, segregate, isolate, secure, and label all RCE (radiologically contaminated equipment),

(2) Procedures to minimize the spread of radioactivity will be implemented as soon as possible,

(3) Radioactive material and waste will not be locally disposed of through burial, submersion, incineration, destruction in place, or abandonment, and

(4) All equipment, to include captured or combat RCE, will be surveyed, packaged, retrograded, decontaminated and released.

The previous and current use of uranium weapons, the release of radioactive components in destroyed US and foreign military equipment, and releases of industrial, medical, and research-facility radioactive materials have resulted in unacceptable exposures. Therefore, decontamination must be completed as required by US Army Regulation 700-48 and should include releases of all radioactive materials resulting from military operations.

The extent of the adverse health and environmental effects of uranium weapons contamination is not limited to combat zones but includes facilities and sites where uranium weapons were manufactured or tested, including Vieques; Puerto Rico; Colonie, New York; Concord, Mass.; Jefferson Proving Grounds, Indiana; and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Therefore, medical care must be provided by the United States Department of Defense to all individuals affected by the manufacturing, testing, or use of uranium munitions. Thorough environmental remediation also must be completed without further delay."

Yes, the military PSYOPs program is far reaching, as the common myth that CIA MK Ultra, PSYOPS only be used on other countries, guess what, US residents are now also test subjects under post-9/11 Patriot Act, DHS police state consolidation {ALL that thanks to GW Bush's occupation of Iraq, Halliburton's Iraqi (Cheney gets 1 million $$ in deffered comp.) infrastructure projects, and the latest trick by GW Bush regime of privatization of Iraqi petroleum reserves}, we're bearing the brunt of people being driven insane here domestically..

Bet Exxon-Mobil CEOs just foaming at the bits by now for all that Iraqi oil stored safely underground, eh??
