PATENTED TECHNOLOGY USED TO ILLEGALLY MANIPULATE AMERICANS [visit US Patent Office website to confirm existence /functionality of the devices]

A. Head to Head communications. U.S. Patent No. 5,539,705 and 4,858,612, permit remote speech translation of acquired data and communications. U.S. Patent Nos. 6,011,991, 6,052,336 and 3,951,134: permit that (1) words uttered by an individual can be captured and translated for review from a remote location (2) words can be planted into a person's head from a remote location, and without their consent, in such a way that the individual believes he or she is talking or thinking to themselves (i.e., that the words are their own) and/or (2) language is "understood by the victim as an inner voice with loss of the directional quality of sound perception" (i.e., forced to listen to a communication from another person - inside your head.)

B. Device used to alter consciousnous/change mood from a remote location: U.S. Patent No. 5,123,899 (A person can be made to feel elated, meloncholy, angry, etc. all from a remote location and without their consent.) (Used to encourage or thwart relationships.)

C. Planting subliminal messages into a persons' head from a remote location: US. Patent No. 5,270,800, No. 5,159,703 and 6,017,303. The technology associated with these patents can be used to plant subliminal messages into a persons' brain from a remote location and without the consent or knowledge of the person (including types of arousal of any kind and on any subject and, again, from a remote location.)


Note: Persons are tracked by sophisticated reception devices which identify the electronic emissions that all human bodies release, and which are distinct for each person; an individual or entire geographic region can be targeted to receive inputs. (These are microwave, satelite and computer program related tracking and influencing technologies).


Note: If you hear a tinnitus (ringing sound in your head) you are receiving input from one of these criminals.

Who is implicated. A select few within the NSA, CIA, FBI (overseen by the Administration) and Private Sector Insiders, who are attempting a new type of Control by using and manipulating our present structures (Legislative, Administrative, Judicial) as mere frameworks within which to operate with the devices (entirely distinct from application of our constitutional and state laws). They are stealing proprietary information, federal 10b insider information, and are manipulating persons to make them more maliable and compliant.

Dont be afraid of retaliation for publicising; you will be assaulted irrespective. The perpetrators must continue their assaults. They know that for each input into the brain of an American, which they already accomplished, they are subject to a separate charge of criminal battery; if not allegations of being an internal enemy of the United States. They know that if they stop, we are no longer toiling with their skits/inserts, and we end up finding them out. Once captured, if they admit to being possessive of information they could only have gleaned through usage of these instruments, they admit to crime. Only by publicising can we get to the point where we can apply the law to these life invasive assaults.

Don't be fooled into believing that you used the devices merely by being a captured victim of same; thoughts you have to that effect are inserted assaults using the very same devices.

You are not harming persons by informing them of these assaults. By publicising and permitting knowledge of devices used to plant thoughts into our heads, within a short while, those so enlightened become possessive of ability to spot thoughts that are criminally inserted by these perpetrators and will thereby be possessive of their own faculties to much greater extent. We are at risk if we dont know. Hopefully, with the recent change of the guard in the Congress and Senate, some of our public representatives/employees with more of a bent towards protecting personal freedoms will take some action. Write to them and demand the protection of our laws, and publicity, so that peace officers can retain experts and commence enforcement of law on the subject. This is our right.
