You have to understand that these people are so indoctrinated with FOX, CNN, MSNBC, and all the other right wing propaganda machines out there, they cannot separate the concept of opposing US foreign policy and supporting the troops. There logic states that if the government decides to drop our troops from 10,000 feet with no parachute over shark infested waters, we would have to support the troops by supporting their mission to die. Usually when someone says, "I support killing innocent people for no good reason", I say, "fine, then go over there are do it yourself." Beware doing it to these dead heads, by the look of the picture, they will (and have) gone.

It’s best to just leave these people alone. I would hate to see some good Americans (and a lot of good people from Iraq and Afghanistan and soon Iran) die because we decided not to fight for these few morons.

several friends from UCSB told me that the organizers behind this action did a good job of excluding the students of color... that the only measures taken towards contacting them was an email that was supposed to be circulated.

i'm not trying to trash the protest. but how can there be a truly effective movement if its exclusive.
