Diverse Political Views Unite in Opposition to Bush Policies and Wars

by onthewingsofhelios Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007 at 6:34 AM

Conservative Christian anti-NWO activist and radio talk show host , Alex Jones, Meets with World Can't Wait's Sunsara Taylor to DIscuss Taking Back America from the Bush Regime

January 11, 2007 saw the meeting on air of two leaders in the anti-war, anti-Bush Regime movement: Peace Activist and member of the Advisor Board of http://www.worldcantwait.org, Sunsara Taylor, and documentary film maker and radio talk show host and top anti-NWO expert and activist, Alex Jones of http://www.infowars.com. While the two might come from somewhat different political perspectives on some issues, they were fully united on the mission of stopping the Iraq War and stopping the Bush Regime and its policies. Sunsara pointed out the propaganda campaign being waged by the Bush Administration and its propagandists, such as O’Reilly of the O’Reilly Factor, and even Navy Seals, who are traveling around giving speeches, are not only propagandizing the American people but are modeling dishonest thinking patterns that discourage thinking. One example would be to claim that facts are just a person’s opinion. This way of thinking allows a person to avoid accepting the truth. While a person can have his own opinion about a fact, a fact is still a fact and must be recognized.

Sunsara advocates the American people make themselves heard at meetings and on the streets. One method would be to speak up at hearings and challenge the lies or inaction, or actions against the will of the people by our so-called representatives. Sunsara pointed out that congress is ignoring the will of the majority who want us out of Iraq and is passing laws which are destroying our civil rights and constitutional protections with laws such as the Patriot Act and Military Commission Act of 2006. She acknowledges that our government is not serving the people and cannot be counted on complying with the will of the people until the government and congress is obliged to do so from the sheer weight of public pressure in a manner similar to the political upheaval that forced the end of the Vietnam War. Sunsara reminds us that time is short, and if the public remains silent and inactive much longer, the opportunity for action may be lost as the police state closes in around us and we no longer have the freedom to act. Laws passed under Bush such as the Military Commission Act of 2006 allow total restriction of civil rights at the discretion of the government. We can’t wait any longer. The American people need to get personally involved in taking back their country in opposing these policies and actions so there is not the public support needed to carry on. Here is the audio of the interview.
