To my estimation the counter protesters, anti-Minutemen were numbered somewhere between 200 and 300 people.

Somebody took the US flag down at the Maywood Post Office, and raised the Mexican flag. After the Minutemen complained to the Police, LAPD tried to get it down, but to no avail.

This is following Police Departments that came to Maywood City. The Bell, Maywood, Los Angeles, Whittier Police Departments, and the South Gate Sheriff.

This minuteman, came with others to mix with the pro-immigrant group, trying to provoke them. I guess.

Another minuteman came with his flag, only to take refuge in a stroe when a group of 50 pro-immigrants start to follow him, urging him to go away. The Police came into the store to rescue him, and escort him away from the area.

Still another minuteman, haranguing the pro-immigrant side, he came right in front of them, with a long wooden stick.

After so much provocations, the people from LA ANSWER decides to go and meet the minutemen. On their way there, they were stopped by the police.

Most of the police there had their riot gears on. I counted about 40 policemen at the protests.
