The 2006 A World Beyond Capitalism Conference is set to begin August 26th! It is the Second Annual International Multiracial Alliance Building Peace Conference, and will continue from August 26th-28th, 2006.

All workshops, festivals, childcare, meals, camping and unlimited
exhibiting/tabling are completely free! All are welcome! Foon Ying.

SURGE is dedicated to international and unparalled outreach in order to promote progressive activism through Film, Music and Visual Arts. Its mission is to strengthen the voice of international activists - while encouraging activists to continue working for a better world!

Sounds great to me! Glad folks are finally getting back into this for the first time since 9/11/01 (remember the international anti-globalization movement?). Which, by the way, is now the big elephant in the room (9/11 that is). You're going to have to deal with this elephant head-on if you truly hope to abolish capitalist-globalist domination.
