GAZA, June 29 (Reuters) - A spokesman for gunmen in the Gaza Strip said they had fired a rocket tipped with a chemical warhead at Israel early on Thursday.
The Israeli army had no immediate comment on the claim by the spokesman from the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, an armed wing of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah movement.
The group had recently claimed to possess about 20 biological warheads for the makeshift rockets commonly fired from Gaza at Israeli towns. This was the first time the group had claimed firing such a rocket.
"The al-Aqsa Brigades have fired one rocket with a chemical warhead" at southern Israel, Abu Qusai, a spokesman for the group, said in Gaza.
An Israeli military spokeswoman said the army had not detected that any such rocket was fired, nor was there any report of such a weapon hitting Israel.

It's about time they escalated the resistance. But where are their gunboats, their helicopters, their tanks and their jet fighters? Are they holding them in reserve, or what?

Of course, the next time there is a Palestinian "work accident" and a town is wiped out because of these chemical agents, you know they are going to just blame Israel

Your lust for Jewish blood of innocents has yet to materialize. I've heard nothing in the way of news to the effect of a chemical warhead hitting Israel proper. So dream on and keep the candy to yourself, 'neSSie'-Nazi. You'll have to put your rejoicing at knowing a wholesale massacre of Jews has occurred on hold.

Is he saying it wasn't really "Gaza militants" who issued this statement, but Israeli black propagandists? Or is he saying that the Israeli government is lying about suffering no chemical rocket strike?

Isn't he saying the Palestinians were bluffing in order to strike panic in the hearts of Israelis? Aren't rabid anti-Zionist mightily disappointed that their wish has come to naught? Isn't that why they're now floating theories about a Zionist black op that created this fracas to begin with?

Well, remember, this is nessie you're talking about, and his conceptual vocabulary is very, very limited. If Israel does something bad, it's because Israel is the most evil place on earth and should be wiped off the map immediately. If the Palestinians do something bad, it's really just Israel doing "black propaganda" because Israel is the most evil place on earth and should be wiped off the map immediately.
Notice that nessie can't even bring himself to mention the possibility that Hamas is simply lying through its teeth, and that its credibility is so marginal that not even denizens of Indymedia bought their lie.

Still off topic. They must really not want you to focus on this. They keep trying to change the subject. That's a dead give away that we must have hit a nerve.
