Transgender rocker Bralalalala dealt hidden court date and second false arreest on same charge by UCLA cops
Bralalalala (www.bralalalala.biz), rock musician and 2005 LA Music Award winner who has appeared on ABC television and E! channel defending transgender rights, has many lawsuits and disputes concerning the the mistreatment of her as a transgender in a variety of places, some celebrity spots, some not. Here is the story excerpt of the latest Bralalalala altercation:
New music release or just another arrest and release for Bralalalala?:
Second arrest on same rejected by City attorney charge via officer Mills of the UCLAPD after Bralalalala indicates false imprisonment lawsuit:
Yes, it is true. Bralalalala is working on new music. Right now I have a few choice words to describe it, including "curt, cunning and stunning." I will also say that space has opened up in the music whereby real guitar solos will thrive on this album. Nevertheless, the rhythms are at times even more complex and more catchy than ever . More on this to come, of course...
Unfortunately, in the meantime, the tabloid quality of life for Bralalalala continues however, as Bralalalala encountered a third false arrest and release in the past couple of days. Bralalalala was pulled over for a "broken brake light" in her car in Manhattan Beach, despite not receiving any violation for it. After Bra was asked if "she-he" was on drugs, and what in the world she was doing in the neighborhood, it was said to her that an arrest warrant was placed on her regarding a charge that was initially dropped by the City Attorney's office, but refiled it without informing Bralalalala of a new court date which they therefore could claim Bra did not appear at.
This matter is pertaining to a lost UCLA student ID card found in her possession after an anonymous party had said Bralalalala (he-she, unnamed to this person) looked like she-he didn't belong at UCLA and told police "she-he unnamed" might have a student card that might not belong to her. Five days later, after the non criminal allegation, Bralalalala yet unnamed she-he, was an easy track down for police to conduct an illegal search and seizure upon for fear that this apparently deactivated and useless student card could be found in her possession. Lo and behold, this lost card belonging to a party whose name no one could have known, had been found!!!! Hooray said the police as they circled Bralalalala in large numbers!! One officer named "Brehmen" said "she-he unnmamed" is a 'freeloader" who he hadn't seen around in a long while, and who "convinces students at UCLA to be friends with her/him somehow," and despite an article in the student paper some time back declaring Bralalalala a rock star, "OJ Simpson is also a celebrity" said the cop, who further went on to annouce that, of course, discrimination was not a factor in this most important arrest.
At the court date yesterday, the Bra entered a not guilty plea to "misappropriation of lost property to the value of $400" 485 PC. The bail was initially set at $10,000, and despite protests from the District attorney, the judge did not feel a bail fee was appropriate. The DA also insisted that Bralalalala should stay away from UCLA while the case is pending, and also said Bralalalala should steer clear of the home address of the alleged victim in this case, for fear Bralalalala could have some serious plans for this person! Ths judge went along with the no UCLA appearances notion while the case is pending, but said, "you can't just disallow this person from being everywhere," thus not going along with the idea this card holder was in danger. The judge also noted that he was "not looking" at the defendant when making his decision to release without a bond fee. The defense attorney, who said he went to an accepting school at UC Santa Cruz, surmised that the term "homophobic fascism" sounds appropriate for the conduct of the intellectually inferior UCLA police department.
It appears the police don't like being sued for false arrests, and want to revive this case which was initally rejected with their refiling. However, when dealing with Bralalalala, they must be aware that all such false arrests will be prosecuted by Bralalalala to the fullest extent of the law and with 100% resolve to gain a monetary reward.
Footnote: At least Bralalalala has been placed in cell segregation in each of these false imprisonment incidences as attacks from hordes of inmates, both male and female appeared an evident threat as the police acknowledged each time.
