Farmers and their supporters are expressing concern that the sheriffs may come tonight or tomorrow morning.
It is thought that plans for a raid have been delayed up to now because of the elections and that they are waiting for the polls to close before proceeding. The Sheriff Lee Baca is running for reelection this year.
The farmers are asking supporters to come to tonight’s 7:30 vigil and also stay for a 9:00 spokes-council.
A second caller reports two LAPD Helicopters circling the farm at the time of this posting.
