Joan Baez, Julia Butterfly Hill, and John Quickley have climbed into the biggest Walnut tree at the farm and have pledged to hold a sit in the tree and support the farmers against an eviction.
The judge is expected to release the stay on the eviction at the farm tomorrow. If he does that the Sheriffs could come anytime from midnght on to evict the farmers. The farmers and their supporters have pledged to defend the farm in the face of any police action. Phone list people be on alert for a call.
Support the farm
Supporters from the Green Party and the Peace and Freedom party are at the farm expressing solidarity. They will be putting call out to their members.
